DOWNLOAD: Rhobuntu 9.10 http://www.megaupload.com/?f=MVSBV469
Broken packages
After running apt-get update followed by apt-get upgrade to get the latest package updates from the repositories you'll find that some packages bail out with an 'illegal instruction' error. This is due to a bug in libstdc++6. For now, hold your horses and wait before upgrading. Problem: via apt-get install packet for armv6 will be installed. Htc Rhodium could only handle armv5.
Could anybody help??? --> same problem on Zubuntu 2.0

Hey can u Upload it to any other File sharing host .. I don have a 4shared account .. i have RS .. and when i try to download the file from 4shared.com , d file downloads ..(Obviously slowly) .. and they disconnect very much due to limitation.. RS or hotfile or ne other would be good
Just interested to know - what graphics driver does this build use? Is it possible in theory to the graphics driver from the android builds to allow hw3d and xv acceleration - maybe even compiz?
I dont know if I missed something but I should be able to open the primary applications menu, shouldn't I? I've clicked on it time and time again, I see it change color on me as though I have clicked it but nothing actually opens? Is my screen not calibrated correctly or did I miss something entirely?

Lol The driver has been included in "my" tree for more than a month now.
And it has been existing for several years now I guess.

1.That's no sources.
2.I was talking about kernel, not modules. You can make modules for whatever without even having the kernel working.
Hah I wonder if there would be any way you could be able to use aircrack-ng on this??
Either way I love it. All there needs to be is a fixed wifi and a real sleep mode.

hi walter, your kernel is build 2.6.27 like the other kernel around us (thanks to: phhusson and team).
your modules isn't same version with your kernel. so you need to build modules base on your own kernel version.
could be something like this :
make modules ARCH=arm CROSS_COMPILE=arm-none-linux-gnueabi-
on your root kernel source. and then do something like :
make modules_install ARCH=arm CROSS_COMPILE=arm-none-linux-gnueabi-
and then check your modules linux directory for the result.
for getting wifi working, you may need android modules (you can check from phhusson modules build). and then run insmod on your rc.local.
i already reply your message for details.
cheers,
fatsal

Wifi works!!
I copied modules from old 8.04 build and wifi-nvram.txt, rtecdc1.bin to /etc
and use the zimage 22032010 build.
And now it works.
Scan works. But same problem with wicd like in 8.04. Can`t find wireless network
In order to make it work I brutally hacked the poor wicd. What I did was to edit /usr/share/wicd/wicd/wnettools.py and replace "cmd = 'iwlist ' + self.iface + ' scan'" with "cmd = 'iwlist ' + self.iface + ' scan last'" After that I deleted wnettools.pyc and wnettools.pyo to make sure that python will generate these files from the hacked wnettools.py. It is indeed a very ugly and nasty hack but at the moment there is probably no better way to make WiFi working. We REALLY should better find out what is the problem with that broadcom module and try to fix it.

I have ported CM9 (P930) to LG-lu6200, Telephone basic function work fine. Most of the function work fine.
But since use the lu6200 baseband and firmware,GPRS and 3G network can't work, maybe there is some error occurs when CM9 RIL layer calling 6200's baseband, some compatibility error. Have any opinions?
Thanks!!!

Only gps and data network are missing?
What is the change in kernel have you done so far.
Sent from my LG-P930 using xda premium
Hi HO!NO!,
i think he means GPRS isn't working. I just tried the latest version and it works fine (no camera issues now), except there is no way to establish a data connection via GPRS or 3G.
Also i cant connect via USB as mass storage now, in fact if i connect USB cable there is no dialog asking me which connection i want. That issue i didn't have on the 19.06.2012 version.
I made a thread in the LU6200 section for this CM9 version, maybe we can share infos there:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?goto=newpost&t=1721930
@jxxhwy: Good work so far! Keep it up... :fingers-crossed:
@HO!NO!: Thanks for looking into it! You keep it up too...
device:https://github.com/CyanogenMod/android_device_lge_p930
930 kernel:https://github.com/CyanogenMod/lge-kernel-iproj
based on the above compiled, modify some scripts files and kernel source file(fix sensor dirver)。
i use cat proc/cmdline, found out ro. Baseband = svlte2a.
so i added in init.iprj.rc content:
on property:ro.baseband=svlte2a
wait /dev/ttyHSL1
mkdir /data/qcks 0770 system system
exec /system/bin/sh /system/etc/init.qcom.mdm_links.sh
start kickstart
lu6200 can flash in p930 cm9 kernel, just changed to correct partitions ,etc/scripts ,baseband version invoking.
Bootloader versions also important, because 6200 have engineer version bootloader.I guess, maybe is the version same as p930.
lu6200 device github:https://github.com/jxxhwy/lg-lu6200-device
Please place to device/lge/lu6200 directory.
lu6200 kernel https://github.com/CyanogenMod/lge-kernel-iproj

Please place to kernle/lge/lu6200 directory.

make bootimage -j4
HO!NO!,DEV cm9 for lu6200 please! In order to world peace!
Code:
This is still alpha version you are flashing this on your own responsibility
Dont blame me if your phone turns into a termonuclear bomb and explode
into a big mushroomcloud that destroys the whole town
Dont blame me if you turn into hulk by using this ROM.
Dont blame me if your alarm app fails and you get fired or you miss
your wedding
You chose to make these modifications, nobody made you do it.
I will update this ROM every 4 to 7 days from Shelnutt2's nightlys. If there is a major fix in a nightly then i will not wait 4 days i'll update emediatly. If you find a bug that you know how to fix then feel free to write here or if you have time make a patch, this is a big project to be maintained by 2 guys. If there is a dev here on Hero GSM forums that is willing to help then help
Features:
---JELLYBEAN
---Google Now
---Ported from Shelnutt2's HeroC nightly's
---Using Las Venturas 1.2 kernel by riemer
Problems:
---Slow
---Camera
---Audio besides speaker, very close to full fix.
---Bluetooth (almost fixed)
---Hardware Acceleration (not likely)
How to install:
---Download the rom and put it on your SD card
---Reboot to clockworkmod
---Wipe data
---Go to advanced tab/Wipe dalvik cache
---Flash the ROM
---Reboot and say hello to your new ROM
---Be patient, first boot takes about 10-15 minutes
Tips:
1. ROM is default OC'd to 633 MHz to increase speed, if you have any issues with that speed (graphical glitches or something) reduce it.
2. Go to developer options and enable force GPU rendering
3. If you are a developer go to developer options, root access and enable root to ADB and apps
4. Go to performance settings > memory managment > zRam > 18 or 26%
5. Go to performance settings > Processor > CPU governor > ONDEMAND or PERFORMANCE
6. Go to performance settings > memory managment > allow purging of assets
7. To bypass welcome screen tap all the corners in a clockwise motion, starting with the top-left
8. Install LauncherPro it will give you a bit more speed but it will be ugiler. You pick will you install it or no

Be carefull : CPU natively OC'd @710 MHz won't boot on any device. You should reduce it @633 to make it bootable by anyone...
No problem, i placed that in kernel because it booted for me, new build is ETA 5-6 hours from now. Camera should work

Thank you for porting this. You're not only helping The Hero community, but also the entire Htc Magic Section.
If you have time, could you send me a PM with the files you have to change when you port from CDMA to GSM. I tried but it didn't worked when I just changed kernels.
Thanks in advance
Keep up the good work!
Installed and booted. But Wifi doesn't seem to work?
You have to fill in your gmail-credentials (at first boot) but it can't verify since wifi isn't working. Does this mean you can only boot CM10 when you have got 3G?
Wi-Fi is a small bug in this ROM, fixed in new version, uploading now ... ETA 10 minutes

Hello guys
as you know ım working on 3.10 kernel for ancora and(for the other samsung msm7x30s too)
Kernel status:
-all ther device drivers and specific changes applied, updated to 3.10
-kernel is compilable atm
-offmode charging seems to working
but
-kernel isnt booting
ı cant see second bootlogo(ı mean "samsung galaxy w" title)
ı can see first bootlogo(only the "samsung" title) but as ı said no second logo
ı uploaded my work and kernel to my git (so everyone with needed skills can colloborate into this project)
we need DEBUGGİNG
ı need to look into kernel boot logs but unfortunatly adb isnt woreking because in my mind kernel hangs before starting to load init.rc files because of this adb isnt working
ı tried to connect UART for two days but ı dont have good soldering skills plus ı dont have any equipment(like resistors for UART) so ı couldnt connect to it
Kernel sources:https://github.com/sirmordred/android_kernel_qcom_msm7x30
The SElinux status is acting in permissive or in enforcing mode?
Cause either i cannot access adb from PC with enforcing status with a ROM recently released and it didn't pass the boot either
So i switched to permissive
Btw awesome job man
@Mordred : thanks you . you great . This is work hard . May @Christopher83 and @arco68 will help us to fix .
my experience told me you have to move all drivers and edit all kconfig and makefiles + you need to setting up configurations close to stock kernel to get boot, i try that on my s2+ and take about entire week just to add the arch of the kernel, well if patches are compatibile, why not..
Hmmm, looking for some experience on porting kernel 3.10. I stucked with my current device.

Hi !
This kernel is only for BTV (Beethoven) devices that use LineageOS Oreo 15.1 !
This kernel is quite stable for everyday use but still has many shortcomings - which will be fixed/added in time .
Whenever you have trouble with LineageOS 15.1 ( means random reboots, crashing applications or something like that ) it is worth trying this kernel to bring your device into a stable operating state.
This kernel is based to Android Kernel Linux 4.3.0 .
Downloads:
For All LTE/4G devices : boot_lte_4.3.0.img
For All Only Wi-Fi devices : boot_wifi_4.3.0.img
Installations:

- via TWRP, by choosing to install image into Boot partition

I already tested on DL09 ( LTE device ) and I guess it's working as well on Wi-Fi devices .... please try to reinstall the last update of LOS 15.1, and flash this kernel before to exit from TWRP . Thanks !
EDIT: I guess you need to do a full wipe on TWRP if you have some error on boot with this new boot.img ... that's why it's better to flash LOS 15.1 on clean, install gapps and also this new boot.img before to exit from TWRP !

Yes, Plex and all app will working well with this kernel !
Unfortunately it is a step back in updating the kernel, but this problem has already been fixed and the new LOS 15.1 update will come with a new kernel, this time more stable and based on Android Linux Kernel 4.4.11 or 4.4.12
