Hi, i have an unrooted, 2.2 evo, and when i try to download any file from 4shared, zshare, and other random sites, it only downloads useless bin files! I know this is a recent problem, because before i could easily download from 4shared without any problems. Any suggestions on what to do?

thanks for trying to help me but its not direct link. cant download it by downlaod maanger. and its over than 100mb. my country's internet is so slow. maximum download that ive got is only 50-70kbps. now is only 20kbps by firefox.
i need the direct link
Why dont you open the link in new browser window and then copy the "download link" from title bar to download manager.
And once you started download on firefox you can right click on the downloading file and select "copy link" or something like that. Then paste that in download manager.
Anyway here is the download link http://shipped-roms.com/download.ph...20.10_release_161113_signed.exe&send_file=yes
And all wildfire ruus will be above 100MB in size.

Can someone point me in the right direction to get hulu working on GB 2.3.4?
I've attached the libflashplayer.zip. Extract and you should have the libflashplayer.so file. You'll need Root Explorer and navigate to data\data\.com.adobe.flashplayer\lib and paste the file. I just modified that file and it's compatible with Flash 10.3. Please upgrade your Flash prior to applying this. Then use Dolphin HD and set your browser setting to Desktop. Then Hulu should load. That's my work around. This works regardless of which ROM is installed (2.2, 2.3.3, 2.3.4, or 2.3.5).
P.S.
Please hit the Thanks if this helps you out.

Is there a hulu app or is it a website? Should I download another rom that has hulu and extract it?

There is an app, but it requires you to use an outdated version of flash. It may not seem like a big deal until you visit a site that no longer supports the version.
The website method allows you to watch full screen too. It'll be/act the same way it does on your pc.

I think the Rogers file is corrupt. I have tried downloaded several times and tried different software like latest version of winrar and 7zip, but none is able to extract the file.

Sorry I cannot post in that thread. But please help if there is a mirror site for download like the other versions.
Thanks and sorry if this is not the correct place to post this.
Just wondering if other Rogers users also have this problem, thanks..

I downloaded the file, extracted with 7-zip, and installed without any problems. Perhaps the file is getting corrupted during download.

I also downloaded and followed the instructions and it is working perfectly so far. Not a problem at all.

I had the same problem but was able to figure it out. Don't download with Chrome. Download with Internet Explorer and it'll work.

I used his zip, it's fine. Sometimes you just can't get a good download. I have 60mbps at home and the first thing i always do is test the zip.

Why don't you use another browser like Opera to download your file?

Make sure when you are in the file explorer that you aren't trying to access /emulated/0/Download. There was a file system change that I've found with 4.3 that links a lot of things to the emulated folder.
Manually go into /storage/sdcard0/download
Should work fine. If not let us know.
