Hi all,
Are you able to download from the Market?
I'm not able to download or update any apps. It just says Download paused...
I tried wiping cache, dalvik-cache but it did not help. I also cleared the cache for the Market app.
I usually check the Android Market help forum when I wanna know if I'm the only one facing an issue.
You can also be informed of outages via AndroidDev's Twitter.

I randomly started having Android Market not really force close but it just exits out to my home screen when i try to install a app or update one. The apps wont update. Its also randomly exiting to the home screen. I went into recovery and fixed my permissions. I cleared Android Market cache and data. I wiped Cache and Dalvik cache just as a last resourt because i dont know what to do. ***** does some one have the lastest market app i can download*** maybe that would be a solution? Uninstall Android Market and fresh install of a newly downloaded one. Or maybe a slightly older one that is know to not have issues? This is the first time i have had problems with the market. ***has any one else experienced this problem before and if so what did you do to get it up and running correctly again***
Thanks in advance guys and gals. Mahalo!

Hi there, I unlocked and rooted my galaxy Nexus last week and i can not download all my apps again as i keep getting an error saying that it was downloaded on to another device. It seems to be all the apps that i have paid for that are not being recognised by Google wallet.
I contacted the developer of cerberus and he said that he would reset things at his end and this has not fixed the issue for that app.
I have about 10 apps that i am now without and don't know what to do next.
Thanks in advance for any help.

try clearing your market cache on setting->applications menu. If it's continue to do the same (not downloading all your purchased apps) go in the recovery and wipe data (and also cache and dalvik cache). If this continue to happen, try another rom (but wipe data/cache/dalvik cache before flash another rom). If, at last, continue to do the same, just go to your google dashboard (googleing google dashboard) and from there go to android market section-> installed application (of the devices) and just clock on report problem to google...
I've dumped the cache, cleared data, reboot... Etc. I'm getting similar issues on my transformer.
My tablet tells me that the app is already installed and on my phone the market shows the update but won't actually let me update it.
In the past few days my EVO 4G has started to have an issue with installing or updating apps from the PLAY STORE (Market). It will download to 100% but never start the install process. If I press cancel and then use root explorer to find the app download and then click on it, I get a PARSE ERROR. what is causing the google play store not to start the install process after download? I have tried clearing dalvik cache, regular cache,. play store data and cache, google services fraimwork data, download manager data.. nothing make it start the install process...
Any help would be appreciated.....
Update: I just tried to download and an update.. it got stuck sat 100% .. I am using MIKG 3.11 ROM ... I used task manager and CLICKED the X next to the play store and it then started to install the update.. what is causing this? This trick doesnt always work....

I've had this sort of issue on other ROMs before, but they never seem to be persistent. Reflashing is usually my solution...
Try clearing your cache first through recovery?

if you saw what I wrote, I did clean the cache.. and I am NOT reflashing... I dont think its a issue with my flash as it has been working for months.. this just started a few days ago. HOWEVER it seems if I let it download to 100%, then wait a few minutes then kill the play store (market), then it installs the app or the update
any other ideas??
Hey there!
I get 941 error when installing apps way more often than on any other phones I used. I cleared cache & data for the play store (I also uninstalled updates) and the download manager, that didn't help much because almost every 4th app gives this error. Then I cleared cache & data for the play services, it's better now, but I still get the same error sometimes.
Anybody experiencing this or similar? Also, is there any way to fix this other than the 3 clears I mentioned above? Thanks in advance!
Try to delete the data of play store app. Worked for me
I already did that two times, and it didn't even solve the problem temporarily :/ Thanks for the tip, though.
Hm... Thes try to delete your Google account and add it new :fingers-crossed:
I used to get it every time. Cleared app data and cache which has helped.
I just get the occasional error now and again.
Sent from my LG-D855 using XDA Free mobile app
edit the host or just delete it(system/etc/host) file then u good to go
i get this all the time now, ever since my phone went to lg for repair. i get the 941 error, then i click install and its installed fine...weird
update: Reading another thread on the forum, if you uninstall the updates for the google play store, that stops the 941 error, but be aware that the play store will update itself as soon as it can. ive turned off auto updating so i'll see if that helps
