Hi as on topic,
I'm looking for battery widget that doesn't drain battery life for sgs.
Currently I tried a few of it. All of them drain my battery.
Anyone can recommened me a good battery widget?

I use BatteryTime Lite and I can't say that I've noticed that it drains my battery. The best thing about it is that I don't have to run a widget on my desktop. I just have a wee percentage indicator in the status bar that tells me how much juice I have left. I would recommend this.

I am using AOKP ROM with black infinity theme...i really love that theme but the only thing that bothers me is why is there only a circular battery icon...I would like a bar with percent like in CM9 or just battery icon with percent like they have in default ROM battery icons.
is there a way to change that ????
Check under settings then rom control then look for battery category

The one you'll want is I believe.the third or forth option, centered percentage.

sadly...with the black infinitum theme...all off them have circular battery icon except the last one but again that doesnt have percent with that.
Is there a mod or a way to make battery increments at 1%

If you have battery percentage turned on (settings>display) they are in 1% increments

When I use rom toolbox to change my battery icon it only shows increments every 15%

Ah. I just use the factory battery icon w/ percentage. I can't really help there.
There is a theme with a 1% battery mod though http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1997355
You'd have to use a custom ROM for 1% battery, or someone would have to modify the stock framework. Samsung's framework only calls for images at certain percentage markers.

I used a custom icon from ROM toolbox thst didn't have % and keft the battery percentage option checked in settings. I am getting 1 percent increments. Icon isnt totally synced with the percent but its good enough

Hi,
I am planning to bring my battery mods over from the nexus 7 soon,
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1819550
I am still a little busy at the moment updating the nexus 7 version to 4.2 and finishing my dual boot kernel ect.
But I will try and make some for the n2 soon
Cheers
Corey
That would be great.
What battery percentage app is good? Something low resource with no impact to battery life? Tried power toggles but crashes on me.
There's Battery Widget Reborn with a beta and paid version ($1.99) but..not sure how it is with battery resource hogging.

It's very passive, have never seen it use any measurable power. Very useful features as well.
Bataria Pro is nice, has statusbar integration, widgets, battery saving options, toggles, good battery info and even a simple memory /task manager.

Thanks. BWR seems to be working well. Using beta will try for few days then buy pro. Any other experiences?
I use GSam Battery Monitor. Fantastic application and has some nice battery icons to choose from.

Battery Indicator worked well on my Nexus S. Haven't tried on the N4. No ads and open source apparently.

EDIT - Found it here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=44121985
Good day,
Flashed to CleanRom and it's going great. One thing I would like to have is a battery percentage on the top notification bar (or a circle, similar to Paranoid Android). My main gripe with ordinary apps is that they add the percentage, but then the stock battery is still there. My OCD kinda hates that.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.
You can download a battery meter from the Play store for this. Some people then use custom ROMs to just disable the stock battery on the right side.
I personally just use a custom rom. CM10.2 Kanged rom has the circle battery, battery bar, percentage, and others. Also supports CM Themes which can spice things up quite a bit.

is there a battery widget app that works best with this? most of them are outdated and only work if you actually go into the app...not from the status bar
Power Toggles on play store has a small widget in status bar, and the pull down has selectable quick toggles. I love the app, personally.

Good app.
Hi can someone port the battery percentage beside the battery icon? I heard nexus 5 has a mod for it but i think its not yet compatible on our sgs. If anyone can port that would be great for everyone.
Looks like this:
