no, its getting downgraded to Windows Mobile 5

well i'm just wondering if i buy the diamond, then a new phone is gonna come out that has 7, and the diamond wouldnt be able to upgrade

i780 - what 6.5 mod to chose???

May a newbie ask a silly question?
I have a i780 ver.: XBHA3 – will any mobile 6.5 work?
Will I lose country specific functions eg my Danish Characters?

Will it be possible to port this operative system to Desire? Just like HD2 got Android?

The difference here is Android is largely open source where as Windows Mobile is not.

Not very likely - WinMo is pretty locked down as far as I know... Would be tricky getting the Desire hardware to work.

i think it will be not legal... not because Android is Open Source and Win mobile 7 not....

hi go4voip,
u may check msdn forums for this. there are lot of cases where MessageInterceptor wont work. Example HD2 i suppose it is because of HTC sense UI.

[Q] DLNA server for Windows RT???

I had a full windows 8 pc before and I used to watch my series using a software called ALL SHARE. However I am not able to use it with my rt pc. I have been looking everywhere and I don't know what to do
Is there an app I could use? or something I could do?

The only DLNA function available I know was "Play to".

Did you ever try it with other device? I use Surface RT with Sony Internet TV and it work fine. But for me. I have to setting Internet TV to accept connection from device (Surface RT) first.
