i have a problem on ba
when i put it on cradel it turns on
and indicates that battery iS charging
backup battery and main battery is full
when i take it out of cradel it turns off.
any guide whAt to do.

Thx for your answer.
After starting (with charger), it can run yesterday, but when i open the camera, it shut down...
Today, after starting (with charger), when i want unlock the phone, it shut down.
How to clean battery contacts?
is it possible there is something wrong with the battery stas ..??

whenevr i put it to charge, it automatically shows battry empty n switches off, bt whn i turn it on, the battry is still the same i.e. before i kept it to charge....

Try use you battery in another phone or try another baterry :S.
It might be the usb port of your mobile, or try flashing a new firmware. Maybe something went wrong amidst everything you installed
buy a new battery
replace your battery
Change the battery

same happened to me....actually its a battety probelm....it happens when the electrolyte (liquid) in battery gets weekend...then it can't hold current more than 4...or 5 secounds thats why it shows battery empty...it happens because..people uses battery till the battery becomes full empty then puts it on charging..solution is to change the battery....and a caution for a healthy battety is to never let dropps the battery level below 50% it'll keep your battery healthy and increases the battery life...

Get a new battery. They don't last forever.

Hi All, i have problem with my girlfriend OnePlus One. I change battery(bought like original) , but when i put new battery in device, one+ dont power on. Still restarting even if on charging cable. When i put the old battery back problem gone. Device is normaly function. Is new battery bad? Thanks for you reply.

What do u mean calibrate the battery?
Those battery calibrate apps don't calibrate nothing.....they're basicly useless apps. All they do is clear the log file for battery stats and your phone already does that when power off and turn it back on or restart....
You want to calibrate your battery? Reset the battery out of your phone

Ok the problem is , the battery drains very fast , not just that , after i turn off the screen , about 30 minutes i turn it on again and guess what i find ! i would find the battery just recharged about 15 to 20 % just on its own , what does that mean ?
