I have just got this phone and want to find out how to root it, i have read that the root for the i9000 might work but not willing to try it(i know, im a chicken) can anyone help?

Greetings,
I`m new to the Nexus community just got my new white galaxy nexus (GSM version GT-I9250) and looking forward to Root it, ive foung this post of how to do it http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=24653473&postcount=4
I just want to ask if its safe doing this, if it can brick my device and if there is an even safer way of rooting it?

4.1.1. Isnt available for the t mobile galaxy s3 yet and the answer is no root cause 4.1.1 hasnt even came out yet so if u have 4.1.1 then u are rooted and on a custom rom

If your talking about the tmobile touchwiz 4.1.1 leak... Then yea it can be rooted.. Even cm10 can be rooted too
All custom firmwares have root.........

you can unroot to get warranty back
I have been looking and i just cant seem to find it. If someone can point me in the right direction to flash recovery so i can install custom roms for the Galaxy S4 Mini I435. I see them for all the other models of the mini but not one for I435. not even for the stock rom can i find.

Sup? I just got the phone a few hours ago. Can't seem to get Windows to recognize it to root the flux capacitor for vegetable juice power. . I mean not even USB mode. I know Ubuntu won't have this problem.. pm me if you can't reply Thanks. I'm thinking again =]

You should really update your phone OS and baseband as well as root.

If you found one already why not ask him?
Rooting gives you options to install special modules via Magisk, use apps that need root (Adaway, AFWall) or to access/edit system files.
