Hi guys! Im using Teppic's rooted froyo rom and all of a sudden when i try to install any app from the market, it results in a message telling me the installation has failed.. i cant even restore from titan back up..
i think it might be a kernel issue but im not sure so id rather wait for an answer from you till i move forward reflashing etc..
Do you have any ideas on what should i do?

I did a full wipe and formatted everything in clockwork recovery just in case before installing Cyanogenmod 7.1. Now when I try to install apps on the market I just get an error no matter the help I tried to wipe the cache again and it didn't work. Can anyone help me fix this issue?
A couple questions....
-What error are you getting?
-How did you flash the ROM? ie. In Recovery or with ROM Manager
I always flash in recovery sorry should have put that. Also it just simply says "said app unable to download an error as occurred". I have made sure my connection is working too.

Do you have a 3g/Wifi connection? Try rebooting into recovery & fixing permissions?
Edit: Before you boot in recovery, try going into Manage Applications under settings and clearing data.
I cleared data already. Had just tried a fresh install and fixed permissions this time and still a no go.

Hey guys,
I'm currently running cooldev's ROM Cool 3D AceS v4 which is equipped with bananacake's kernel version 0.7g I guess ... however i'm trying to update 0.8f but none of the two versions work. I've wiped the dalvik cache three times ... recovery tries to install the update but ends with "Installation aborted". Any clues how to fix this?
Do I need to update to a previous version like 0.8b before upgrading it to 0.8f?
Thank you so much for your help!
Failed download normally throws that

You have to unzip the file you download and in that there are some different version of the kernel.

is the verification off?
Hey guys
I'm getting the error "Unfortunately, System UI has stopped" after installing a stock rooted ZVB rom. When I tap OK, it just pops right back up, and I'm unable to do anything. I also noticed that the status bar is missing.
Unfortunately, I'm having trouble finding what the issue is
I tried re-wiping and reinstalling, but I'm still getting the problem. I've tried both odexed and de-odexed. I have CWM right now, but I've tried installing using TWRP as well.
Factory reset will fix you I'm pretty sure

Unlock Bootloader, flash a custom rom and try opening it again. Try the stablest custom rom. U can also factory reset if you dont wanna void your warranty
