Can someone tell me how go put all my apps somewhere whenever I flash a new rom? I always have to download everything again-_- and also my gmail contacts aren't saved from where they were saved on previous roms..any help? Thanks

Titanium Backup does this. You can backup/restore apps & settings. Also, you can extract the .apk files and copy them to your sd card.

You Can Also Try AppMonster!

I'll second the Titanium Backup recommendation, makes it easy to get your apps back where they were after your flash a new ROM or wipe. It's a must have app for any Android phone IMO and is good enough to be a sole reason for rooting (I rooted my mom's OG Droid just so she could use TB)
Is there a auto install for titanium? Instead if running batch and clicking install for every app?

The paid version doesn't require you to click install for every app (it's a true batch operation).
Do i need the premium key??

make sure that your data and contacts are syncing with google, you can do that by menu>settings>accounts>autosync
Hi,
I want to know if there is any way of backing up PingChat conversations as I am going to Factory Reset my phone an I don't want to lose my stack of important convos. I had asked the developers (Enflick) and they had said such feature is unavailable but may be included in future updates. Which I can't wait that long as my phone is messed up.
Where are the PingChat files saved on the device if there are any?
Is there any app thay can back it up on SD?
Thanks in advanced.

Hello everyone.
Today I dropped my Desire and smashed the screen. The phone is working, but LCD is dead. Is there any way I can read and make contacts and sms backup on my PC from my bricked screen Desire? Is there any Windows tool to read internal memory when I put the phone in bootloader?
Thank you all in adwance for your help.
I doubt it. If there was it would of been posted by now. You could something like qtafb but o doubt that's what your looking for.

Is it rooted?
You could create a Nandroid and then somehow extract the data from the nandroid files.(?) Depending on what recovery u use you should be able to do this without screen.

You could use a app called
Adb filemanager

It's not rooted, everything is stock. I have searched through this forum and didn't find any solution for my problem. It seems like the only way is to send my phone on service for a screen replacement.
Well, thank you guys for your help. It's not so bad afterall, now I have a one more reason to upgrade to a newer phone, DHD or maybe wait a while till Sensation comes out.
Hello everyone, I just bought the Note II and I already love it, a lot more than my previous phone, the HTC HD7. However, while it is not ruining my phone experience, I am not able to transfer my text messages from the HD7 to the Note II. Anyone have an idea on how to do this? I would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you in advance.

Window Mobile OS have titanium too?
Hi all, may sound like a dumb question, but had a hox for ages and have it exactly as I want it...is there a way for me to basically have my hox on my new HTC one (delivery tomorrow)? ie all apps, games favourites contacts numbers etc without starting from scratch? I'm currently running arhd 31.2 on the hox and the first thing I will do is root and flash arhd for the one. Then I will go about trying to solve my original question.....any ideas?
Thanks

Back up data and delete stuff will be the quickest way to free the space needed.
