Hey all. i just got a MT3G Slide and really like it but I cant seem to find the option of switching the lockscreen wallpaper of 2 ducks. I am on stock ROM btw. Any help would be appreciated
Just change the theme or use an app from the market.

go into your gallery, choose an image, then hit menu>Set As>Lockscreen...
-BMFC
Be on the Home screen. Select Menu > myModes > Change your mode > Lock Wallpaper
I didn't think anyone would have a problem with this!

Yeah I know, many of you will laugh when you see this post...but I need help finding where the option to keep the wallpaper from scrolling while I move from homescreen to homescreen. I want the background to remain static while I flip through screens.
I know it's something really minor but it's really been bugging me. I had found it once before, and then flashed to the new CM6rc1 and can't find it!
Thanks in advance for the help!

Don't remember about ADW but LauncherPro has an option to disable wallpaper scrolling in the Appearance settings..
If you're using ADW launcher, which comes with CM6, you go into ADW settings>Screen Preferences>then uncheck Wallpaper Scrolling.
I didn't even know there was such an option, learned something new. Thanks guys!

Right on! Okay thanks. I have the metal slug live background on (you can drop bombs on zombies as they walk by, pretty funny stuff) and this helped fix up a slight lag issue I had.
Thanks for the help, it's greatly appreciated!

I had fixed the wallpaper scrolling for launcher pro only..when I go into screen preferences in adw settings I don't even have an option to disable wallpaper scrolling. The closest to it I've found is in settings->display; an option that says auto-rotate screen.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

I recently saw a guy with some sweet main menu animations where he could scroll through apps in a rotating like circle movement on the screen...I wasn't able to ask how he got it but I know he was running Syndicatefrozen/twilight rom 1.1...Anyone have a clue how he attained this?..
Probably go launcher

That's GO Launcher's sphere setting in the app drawer settings.
I was happy after the installation of Go Launcher, since it allowed me to put more icons on the home screen. But now I cannot lock the phone. Went into Settings.......Lock screen......Screen lock..... to set it up (works fine with the Samsung default launcher), but it will not work with the Go Launcher. What am I missing? Thanks guys
Well your first problem is that your using Go Launcher. Its a RAM hog. Try Nova launcher. Its much much lighter and is designed to run specifically with android 4.0 and up. Your issues should disappear.

But doesn't the Nova launcher only run on ICS?
No its optimized to run on ICS and everything above.

Solution:
I had a similar problem when first using Go Launcher. You CAN lock the screen though, but inconveniently; not via the 'logical' TW settings route:
1.First, ensure that you have Go locker installed.
2. From the Go Launcher homescreen, select the menu.
3. Swipe across until u see Go Locker icon and select.
4.Then, press menu soft key again ( u will see go locker menu).
5.Scroll down to the security tab and you will see options for the security lock
6. (Optional) Sit back, sigh and ask yourself why the [email protected]!! they didnt integrate this app into TW more.

I was wondering if anyone has found a way to set a live wallpaper as a lock screen. I know you can use widget locker and set the wallpaper on your background and it will show up on the lock screen as well, not looking for that. Any help would be awesome thanks.

On a TWiz ROM, go into Display settings->wallpaper, select "desktop and lockscreen". Select "live wallpapers"....Profit.
Hello everyone,
I recently flashed this rom on my Sprint GS3 (after being out of the custom rom world for a bit) and I had a few (probably noob) questions. With regard to theme-ing, after I change the color of something, is there an easy way to change it back to default or do I just have to try and hand match it as close as possible?
Also, I installed (flashed) the 4.4 AOSP launcher from myhub, but there does not seem to be any kind of settings menu for it. It defaults to only 2 pages, which isn't nearly enough to hold my apps and widgets. Is there anyway to get more screens? If not, how do I uninstall it? (In application manager, it only gives the option to turn off, not uninstall).
Sorry if the answer to these are already in the forums somewhere, but I've looked and can't seem to find anything.
Thanks,
Haven't upgraded to the latest version, but I don't *think* there's a way to revert to a "default" color.
With the launcher, you should be able to get to the settings option by hitting the menu button while on ur home Page?

Thanks, I don't think there is a way to go back to default either...and if you go to the settings for the launcher it just takes you to the Google now settings. It's really strange.

You can only create a new screen by dragging an app icon or a widget from an existing screen to the right side of that screen, the G.E.L. will then make a new screen available to place that app or widget on. Personally, Nova Launcher is a much better alternative, or Apex for that matter.
