Help with Android system recovery

I have rooted the phone and was able to flash a new rom with no problem. Now I tried to do a full root and now my phone just stayed in reboot recovery mode, with a black screen w/ an EVO and an "!". I can not get my phone into "Android system recovery" in yellow letters at the very top mode
So when you boot while holding down the VOL DOWN and Power can you get into hboot, can you then go into recovery?
you have to use toasts EVO recovery and push the files to it. Im guessing you never did nand unlocking

I tried to do NAND unlock, once i put the phone in reboot recovery the phone just sits in reboot recovery mode
Mods close this thread, I had to load the shipped rom and start from scratch, but now i'm fully rooted with NAND.

[Q] Can't Reboot into Recovery in CWM

I rooted my phone using the method that iamcquinn used:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=928160
I've got S-Off and Titanium Backup verifies that my root is okay.
I've flashed CWM into 3.0.2.4. After that, I tried to run Reboot into Recovery.
After that, I get stuck on the HTC logo screen of the G2 and it's stuck there.
What's the problem that I'm experiencing here, and how can I solve it?
Thanks
Install ROM Manager from the Market and reflash the recovery image from there.
Sorry, forgot to mention that I flashed it through ROM manager. I've reflashed once and got the same result.
Also, when I boot up my phone with the Power key + Volume down, a couple lines flash up before I get to the menu. The only thing I could make out was that some image couldn't be found. Does that have anything to do with it?

It could be that it isn't a "problem"; give us the text which is displayed on your device while booting up. It could give us a clue about the "problem" you have. You do have ENG HBOOT and S-OFF on your boot screen?

I do have S-OFF and HBOOT-0.76.2000 (PC101000).
When I load up the bootscreen via power + volume down, it checks my SD card and says that PC10DIAG.zip isn't found. No image/wrong image was found.

The phone reboots; the videos that I've seen have the phone boot into recovery mode after about 5-10 seconds, but mine never gets there. It just stays on the htc screen.
what about adb? are you able to connect to your phone using adb?
if you got s-off you can
fastboot flash recovery
and see that gives you recovery, and able to boot into it

hboot

hi,
I always stuck on htc splash screen, i tried millions times to flash custom rom or return to stock rom. i couldnt use hox since 3-4 weeks
i read every tutorial on xda about flash custom rom, stock rom, and disaster recovery, QA
but nothing change
my populer problems
stuck on htc brillian.. screen after flashing custom rom or stock rom.i tried to fix "erase cache" every time. but it wont work
not to enter custom recovery (stuck on htc screen)
In fastboot menu i cant start "reboot , reboot bootloader or power of" . Sometimes it works but generally not.
sometimes freezing on hboot menu.
Last night I flashed ARHD 7.2.2. recovery menu work and I enter to rom. I charged %100 battery. Then I power off phone now ı stuck on hc screen.
Same problem when return to stock rom. Stuck on htc screen
And "erase cache" not to fix
All of these troubles coming from hboot menu problem or some other thing. But i flash hundred times right stock boot.img or arhd boot.img
try reflashing cwm http://download.clockworkmod.com/recoveries/recovery-clockwork-touch-5.8.4.0-endeavoru.img
"fastboot flash recovery recovery-clockwork-touch-5.8.4.0-endeavoru.img"
then try booting into recovery, what happens ?

How can I fix my desire - no Recovery but working fastboot

Hi guys,
I have a HTC Desire, S-ON () with HBOOT 1.02.0001 which will boot into fastboot but won't enter recovery. When I try to boot into recovery, it shows the HTC logo on white but never progresses and I have to pull the battery. On a normal boot, the device will vibrate 7 times in succession and never makes it past the HTC logo.
I was trying to fix up the device using an RUU but it failed mid-way through and now I'm wondering what my options are, as I only have fastboot working.
If I can get a working recovery then I can flash a ROM from there.
Thanks in advance

2. You want boot into recovery with s-on?!?!?!

You need S-off, check revolutionary.io
Flash 4ext recovery with android flasher, or with fastboot.
