Windows Mobile 2003 Rom Editor

Hi Guys,
I was expirimenting with Windows Mobile 2003 Rom Editor.
First I unpacked "ms_.nbf", "radio.nbf" and "radio_.nbf" from the "UNI_QTEK_13077_176_10900_WWE.exe" file.
Then I installed "ER2003Edit_1_4_26.msi".
When I try to open a ROM file (one of the three .nbf files mentioned above), I need to enter a password.
I tried universal and UNIVERSAL, but this is incorrect. Does anyone know the password? Thnx.
this is the universal decoding tool from buzzdev...
Thanks

How to create CAB for WM5/WM6

Hi all, what's the best software to use if I want to create .cab file for installing apps or chaing registry etc on the Universal's WM5/WM6?
I have tried "WinCE CAB Manager" but the cab file failed to be installed on my Windows Mobile emulator for some reason. I know you can use Visual Studio .NET 2005 something like that, but is there any lighter program in addition to VS .NET?
Thanks in advance!

"WinCE CAB Manager" but the cab file failed to be installed on my Windows Mobile emulator for some reason -> u maybe set the wrong version variables?
check it! ;-) i think it workz!!!
I have set it to support all CPUs and on the OS type I have set it to support Pocket PC 2005. I will give it some more go later and see how it does.
Hi, it is still not working, I have attached the screenshot of the configurations in the cab and the error messsage I get. I tried it with my Universal and the Windows Mobile Device emulator and I got the same error.
Can anyone tell me what I have set wrong in this CAB? Thanks!
BTW, I was only trying to add a small .txt file by using this .cab as a test.
I have just got it working now! I installed WinCE CAB Manager on another PC and it is working fine!! For some reason the cab file it makes on my laptop doesn't work.
Anyway, I will use the other PCs to create the cab file then.
Wrong thread... Sorry

Apologies, but installing .theme files...?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, and YES I've been searching around, but I can't figure out how to install .theme files onto the Blackstone. The closest I have gotten, is installing Diamond TF3D Config, which installs fine but doesn't run (comes up with NotSupportedException ). The wiki IMPLIES that this program can be used on the Blackstone, but doesn't confirm it and it doesn't seem to work for me.
I'm running Dutty's 3.3. It seems that the .theme files are for Desktop Windows, rather than mobile... is this true? Everywhere else seems to talk about .tsk files for mobile.
Thanks in advance,
Tom
im also intrested in this one.

[Q] Possible to upgrade kaiser wm6.5 to android on NAND without mac system

The guides that I found you need Atools to edit the NHB file.
Atools works only on mac and not on windows.
Is there another way to install android on my kaiser?
atools is multi-platform, it'll work on Linux, Windows, and Mac. You just need Python to be able to use it.
Google "Python", and make sure you download the 2.6 or 2.7 version of Python as 3.0 version is incompatible.
Check this link for further info on getting atools running on your windows machine.
I'm really bored of windows users. before write search!!!!
I create a multiplatform tool only for clever users.
heyyyy!!! i´m mostly a windows user and i searched!!
don´t say that of us windows users!!
btw: i also own a mac... and use linux....

Get python package from the repository or get its MAC installer.
Then just open Atools and you'll be just just just fine to edit a kernel
There is nothing ambiguous, you just have to install Python on your system whether its Linux/Windows/MAC
Alternatively you can use a HEX Editor to edit the nbh (for keyboard, screen panel, screen size only) once you have a valid KAISIMG

errrr..... i´m not the original poster...
and my post was a little joke...
u dont need a "MAC" installer... atools works "out of the box" in mac as it has python scripts support...
damn nice. I am not a MAC user as well so no idea how yugort is made there
