I'm stuck in Airplane mode but I never even turned it on. If I uncheck it, it sits greyed out at Enabling wireless connections... HELP!
This might sound stupid, but have you tried restarting the phone? Sometimes when I lose signal and can't get it back I try switching to Airplane, but it just sits there... then when I restart, Airplane Mode is on.
I'm thinking something locked up, but I'm not knowledgeable enough to know.
I know that's not your exact problem, but I figured it might be related. :x
Press the on/off button and hold it down. after a few seconds you will see several options, one is airplane mode..it will indicate on or off. To change it just tap on the screen over the message. release the button and press the arrow key at the bottom of the phone to return to the regular screen
Try the steps above, if not pull the battery and see if it's still enabled after it boots.

I have a MDA 3. I am facing following problem..
- Can't power it off. Power buttom only works on powering on, but not on powering off.
- At the same time, the volume window pops up (with two volume sliders, "on", "vibrate", and "off), and the left slider automatically slides up on its own, preventing me from accessing anything else. When I try to do something else, go to Programs, or else, this freaking Volume window keeps popping up, and left slider keeps going up and stays up there.
When I try to decrease volume, it keeps going up right after I decrease it. And the volume window is almost constantly popped up.
From time to time, it disappears, allowing me to do something for several seconds or even minutes, but then pops up again.
Yesterday, I even managed to do something for several minutes without it, and even managed to turn MDA off, although I had to press the button for a second longer than usual to turn it off. Today, no luck, can't power it off. If I press it for a bit longer, it just goes in "dimmed" screen mode, but stays powered on.
If HR does not help, 90% chance that you have some hardware problem - stuck key, short circuit or broken connection from keys to the mainboard.
I've been noticing every now and then my phone will go into airplane mode and I can't get it to come out. I uncheck it and it says it's turning the radio on but when I exit wireless settings and go back in - there it is, checked again.
When I hold down the power button I can 'turn off' AP mode but it's still on and checked in the wireless settings.
LoS is something different supposedly but next time someone has it (not ghost Los) check the AP mode and let me know.
Also think I can recreate this issue very easily.
Ive had my GN for a week and the phone has gone into aeroplane mode twice. It seems to me that once the phone has been in deep sleep for over 2 hours it decides to switch too Boeing flight mode.
I already have a faulty screen so its going back anyway but I would like you guys too know just in case you come across the same problem. Anybody else have the strange occurrence?

I've had it for about a week. I put my phone into airplane mode before and its just kind of hung. Like its thinking about switching the radio off. Can't turn the airplane mode back off. Only thing left is to switch it off and restart it.
I put my phone into airplane mode on and off sometimes out so it can find the network again. Used to do it with my X10.
Though its never gone into airplane mode on its own. It just sometimes hangs when trying to go into that mode.
Barometric pressure sensor?
Has happened to me once, had to reboot to get out of aeroplane mode.
happened to me today as well.. very unexpected..
I just tried it. I pushed the power button and held for a second. The modes switch screen came up and I selected airplane mode on. As soon as the screen went away (1-2 seconds), there was an airplane icon in the notification bar.
Repeated the process to turn it off, and the airplane mode turned off quickly with no airplane icon in the Notif. bar.

@NatTheCat, do you actually see the "airplane" icon on the notification bar when it switches over? (Not sure if its a similar problem as mine - it feels like it has gone into airplane mode, but don't actually get the icon)
My one experience of putting my phone in airplane mode (manually). I hit the toggle from the power button, nothing seemed to happen. No airplane icon. I went back to power button menu and my airplane mode was grayed out... so I rebooted my phone and haven't tried again yet.
I just tried this earlier, it took almost 4 minutes to actually enter airplane mode. It's almost like the processes it was trying to connect online were hanging it up and wouldn't release. During this time, the airplane mode icon was greyed out and I could not switch airplane mode off. Once ap mode actually kicked in and the icon appeared, I was able to turn it back off through the power menu.
Hi fellos and fellas,
I let my son play angry birds this morning (as you do!) and I usually turn on aeroplane mode when I give it to him.
So when he was finished I turned aeroplane mode back off and it is stuck there.
I have tried messing about with the settings and widgets, turning it on and off, restarting etc.
What is curious is the menu that pops up when you hold the power button, aeroplane mode button says is off and the button is greyed out.
Although, in settings, where it has the switches it says turning off ...
I'm not rooted, I'm running stock, WiFi, Bluetooth is working
Any help!
Try another simcard ?

So...the latest update (the one with interactive watch faces) broke theater mode for me. I turn it on but it doesn't actually work. It appears to turn itself off. Anyone else notice this? How do I fix it?
Check if you can wake the watch by touching the screen.
It's not that it is broken but, when you press the power button it automatically turns it off. But not pressing the button you shouldn't be able to wake up the screen...

So...
-I turn theater mode on.
-At some point later I start getting notifications on my watch.
-Moving my arm wakes it up.
-Theater mode appears to be turned off mysteriously when I go to turn it on.
I can report the same issue. Theather mode is completely broken for me as well. Turns itself off all the the time. I'm also noticing random artifacts on the screen, this update seems pretty buggy.
I had a problem with it before the update. after a restart it would turn the mode off. after the update its worse.

I am seeing artifacts too. When I swipe down from the top with the watch showing, when the battery % fades out there is an artifact right of the %.

I also have had the same problem with cinema/theater mode since updating to Android Wear 1.3. When I activate it and then later press the home button, it then deactivates and automatically turns off cinema mode. Today I raised this issue and wrote to Motorola hoping for a response soon.
Yes, its broken. I turn the Theater mode on. At some point when I press the power button to wake the device for a quick glance, theater mode is off.
The most common use case to conserve battery in Moto 360 was to keep it in Theater mode during regular day. While in Theater mode single press turned screen on momentarily for a quick glance. Then it went back to theater mode automatically. This no longer works. Single press now turns Theater mode off instead of just turning screen on momentarily.
Just checked the issue!
I don't want to manually set Cinema Mode ON after checking notifications.
Update = Fail
Broken on my watch too...
The marshmallow update for the moto 360 comes, again, with broken theater mode. Anyone else having this issue?
People who have updated their watch to 6.0.1, probably noticed that it is impossible now to turn off the display function "Theater Mode" during charging. I found a way:
- Turn on "Developer options" (by repeatedly pressing the build number in the information)
- select "Options Wear for a programmer"
- leater Turn on "Force protection against firing"
From the moment you turn on "theater mode", eg by double depressing side button, the screen during charging blank, as was the case for 5.1.1.
There sugerujcie a message about the "Introduction of amendments to restart." It's probably a mistake translate (should rather be "to restart"). Restart, not only that it does not change, but also removes the "Developer options" and you have to call them again.
Sorry bad my engish
Theater mode while charging still works the same for me on 6.0.1 as it did on 5.1.1. I double press the side button and theater mode is enabled until I press the side button to enable regular display mode.
Me after a while, you turn on ambient mode
