Has anyone tried this Gamepad made by phonejoy ? Looks promising .
If you've got a Playstation Dual Shock or a Sixaxis controller, you can grab the SIXAXIS app. It works on CM7 and possibly other AOSP ROMs, but not on SENSE ROMs.

That sounds interesting

I tried a knockoff wii remote and wasted my money. The official wii remote pairs tho with my aosp. My advice is stay away from knockoff brands. Also sense roms don't work well with Bluetooth controllers.

The wii is unsupported in the galaxy s 2 international. But people use the ps3 with a different rom that has a changed Bluetooth stack
There is however Phonejoy. A bit expensive but it works stock with our phones.

yeah, i know if we were to get cyanogen running on our phones it will work. but it seems that it doesnt work stock.
what is phonejoy?
i searched it on our market but nothing poped cept this bluez ime.
Look up phonejoy on Google.
Its a ps2 like control that some man has been Modding to support any phone capable of Bluetooth HID which is also what our phones have.
Most of the reason why its so expensive is its from China. However it does work.

The HP wireless printer app for nexus 7 seems to be buggy. It will print photos occassionaly but not documents. It shows the file says rendering but then just goes back to the screen with menu icons.
Similarly if I share a document with the app it does the same thing instead of printing it like it should.
Its always worked great with my gs2 skyrocket with stock gingerbread. Any solutions? Any better wireless printer apps that will work with a new HP printer?

I need a good USB GPS receiver for my 80g9. Need good GPS reception so I can run standalone GPS Topo nav in my jeep for the back country.
Any good one that are fast and reliable?

I bought a bluetooth GPS from eBay for about £10
Worked really well. There are a few free apps that connect with the bluetooth unit.
Luckily I get perfect satellite lock on my new 101G9 Turbo with the in-built GPS but having the bluetooth unit as backup is useful.

The one I bought was listed as : "VODAFONE KEYRING RECIVER 51 CH. BLUETOOTH GPS SAT NAV RECEIVER"
£4.70 + £1.99 p&p
I selected this one because I liked the keyring design. Now I carry it with me everywhere.
I like it better than mine, more compact and seems to have no problem having the Zaapa, the on/off button is Touch and the people says that lights inadvertently and battery is spent.
It arrive tomorrow, i will comment how it works
Just one more thing, what application that you use to integrate with the programs?
thx.
I used "Bluetooth GPS" by 'GooGoo Android' - worked perfectly for me.

Will a Bluetooth or USB GPS module work with oryxmaps? I have noticed by gps is working in my tablet now, but I cannot trust it in the back country.

Bluetooth GPS
Description
Use an external bluetooth GPS device with Android.
Connect to an external bluetooth NMEA compatible GPS device. Mock provider allows other apps (Google Maps, GPSStatus, RMaps, OruxMaps, NDrive, c:geo ...etc) to work with the device. :good:

Used to be able to print to my networked (IP) printer from my HTC Evo LTE 4g. Guess that feature was built into Sense. What's really disappointing is not being able to print from my OG...unless I'm missing something here or just haven't found the feature. I'm sure there's an app but built in was nice. If I need an app...any suggestions?

What model printer? HPs have a wireless printing app that will allow you to do this.
All my printers are newer LaserJet HP's. Might need to try the app. I just liked the convenience of being able to print to any tcp/ip printer on my lan with little setup. Suprised it's not a built in feature in Android yet. That was about the only thing HTC got right with that phone.
