Theres any way I can root my phone without using a pc like I use to do with my samsung vibrant? Im already using froyo on this epic but I cant figured out how to rooted withouth a pc can some one help me please?

you may try searching before post , you get your answer sometimes faster.
what i used and it worked fine was download z4root

If you want custom Roms you need cwm l though angle you have to have use a pc to do that.

As I dont know where your trying to download it from, and you can't find it in the market, download the apk from this thread:

Please help. I'm currently using the Cut & Paste Rom and whenever I go online to download anything it immediately says download unsuccessful. I can download from Google Play with no problem though. I think I had this problem before but forgot how to fix this....Could someone help?

For some reason i cant get any of the ## to work. Only one i can get to work is the ##3424# to be able to connect to cdma. Is the a zip tht will fix this or anything i need to do. Im root s off stock rom.

google to see if you can find the EPST app for the Evo
Somehow, my recovery was turned back to stock and my phone locked again. Goo manager won't download twrp now. Just says download is starting. Anyone else seen this?
