how to extract the files of a ROM Image?
What utility i need and where can I download it?

Fist- You can run .EXE ROM file in your PC- OS windows
Than you can see in C:\Program Files: the folder, which has all extract files from ROM Image

I have with rom image. Now I want change some files.
How can I extract files to edit resources ?
I download resoures using TestWM5 from SGH-i600 and some files dosen't have.
example: bbres.dll.
I wrote program in C# to read file to memory using MemoryStream, when
i want read file i have error : UnauthorizedAccessException - it's problem with privileges?
Is it possible copy or extract file from ROM?
I tried to copy file with ActiveSync and remote file viewer, but access fail happened.
I need tmail.exe file.
(to rename it to tmail2.exe, and replace original tmail.exe with my own exe.

I have used this utility to Grab rom image from my Toshiba G10 and recieved bin large bin. file .( 131,072 ).
I want to be able to extract and image file and to add/remove unwanted utilities.
In the end if possible I want to close it and flash rom again.
Is there specifc tool to use?
I also have rom image EXE. file on PC if it might help..

I am trying to develop a rom but I came along this difficulty: I can't find the sysyem.img. I tried to download a .zip file, only the folder named "system" came in it. And I tried it with a .exe and looked in "%TEMP%" no luck either...
Can anyone explain how I should extract the system.img?

I guess your referring to a nandroid backup really. When you download a rom, it comes in a zip file which you can flash and has only a boot.img file (I think, can't remember off top of my head) so it can boot. It doesn't have anything else. You only see a system.img file when you do a nandroid backup. Everything that is in the system.img file is still the same as the system folder in a zip file.. more or less.
If you do have a system folder, it is possible to convert it using the HTC Kitchen

Convert it how? How do you want to convert the system folder? And why? Might help us out more you know.
On "Theunlockr" (My guide for making a rom) It says
"If you have a .zip file, you can unpack the system.img and boot.img"
I only have the boot.img and a system folder!
And it also says: "If you have a .exe, run it until the first screen and then go to run and type %TEMP% and a rom.zip should be here"
in both cases it is not the case.
So, can anyone help me out please?

I`ve downloaded the original Rom for S4 Mini Dual SIM and unzipped the file, and now I have the partitions image files...
I've already unpacked the system partition (system.img.ext4 file), but I can't unpack the boot.img and recovery.img files.
I'm using Ubuntu 13.10 x64 and I searched some threads on xda to unpack this but unsuccessful.
How can I unpack the img files to modify what I want?

You can unpack them via Android Kitchen. Search on XDA...
