Hi guys, I tried to search the forum for anyone having the problem that I am... I've recently installed X-Pro PPC edition for VoiP calls on my X1 and when I start the program, the program is aligned with the top of the screen with some of it behind the taskbar... could anyone kindly help me with this issue. I cannot see the number that's been dialled or is calling me, as it's hidden behind the task bar...
Thanks all!

Hello Experts
I have upgraded to the new i-mate ROM and I have lost Voice Speed Dial. Well, actually the program is still there, just the shortcuts are missing. There is a shortcut I copied out of \Windows and I can start it using the hardware button. But both start it in listing mode only.
Now I need to start it in settings mode to record voice tags. Normally, there is a shortcut in Start\Settings, which starts it in settings mode that allows the recording of voice tags. So, I can get it to listen, but I can't record voice tags for it to find.
Does anybody have an idea on how to get into the settings mode?
Any help is much appreciated!
Many thanks
Magxs
There's in the windows folder. The file name is sddialer.exe.You can make a Voice Speed Dial.lnk file and put into the Windows\StartMenu\Programs dir.

Thanks for your input!
Today, I found the solution. I was looking through the cab files in the Extended ROM and stumbled across the cab with the longest name (Default_MP-Shortcut-MMS1-JAVA5XX-Voice_B510191_R1+CPL-CV+UAProfile_MMSAutoDisconnect-CDL-WWE-060217.cab). Since it has the words shortcut and Voice in it, I got suspicious and installed it. After a softreset, the shortcut in settings was there! Problem solved.
I just don't understand why the program itself is installed in the ROM, but the shortcuts to it are installed through the Extended ROM. Doesn't make sense....???

Hi,
I have a new Dopod U1000 (HTC Athena) which I like a lot. However, the Today screen, being in landscape most of the time, is cramped. I'd like to eliminate the Softkeys at the bottom (Calendar / Contacts) and the ribbon of icons right above that where certain applications may position certain icons.
Does anyone know of any registry key and/or a utility etc to help with this? I am thinking of something along the lines of Tweak2K2 etc.
Thanks for your help. Regards
Search for TodayToggle by VJ. Difficult to search though, it seems to be everywhere but no where.
Alpha for WM5

You can also use DciNoBar to hide the bottom soft keys.

Thanks much. Vijay does it for me.
Hi,
I recently purchased SPB Phone suite software which displays an Icon on the desk top if I have a missed call or text message. I no longer need the Orbit to also display missed call/text icons on the task bar. How would I go around removing the additional task bar icons.
Please can someone explain this to me in a "step by step way"........I have had many one line answers however, due to a real lack of knowledge I seem to fall a the first hurdle!!!!!
Please help
Cheers
Rob.
Hi,
I just erased by mistake the Comm Manager from the Launch Tray. I´m trying to add it again but Comm Manager does not appear in the program list. Can anyone help me? My ROM is Faman 4.02 Spanish
Many thanks in advance
same
same here, I deleted it and can't put it back the original.
You still can put back the link but not the same icon anymore
How can I put back the link?
I apologize for my ignorance. Thanks.
Hi,
the list in the Home will offer you all those applications which are displayed unter Programs. You need to create a shortcut for CommManager.exe under /windows/startmenu/programs (or your localized version)
Launch Tray: I'm not familiar with a MS component of WM6 or WM5 called launch Tray. Do you mean the today screen? If so check in settings - today - items - and check the Wireless if it exists there.
Not sure what Lost_in_translation means by home. HTC Home? The launcher from HTC home is so easy to use I cannot imagine that anyone would not know how to use that to add an application.
Finally if you mean the funny round icon next to battery, screen orientation etc - you need to make changes in the registry. Find out what the today screen item is called - then search here: http://www.google.com/advanced_search?q=+site:http://forum.xda-developers.com&hl=en&lr=&as_qdr=all
for thread that will give precise details.
Hi,
just created the shortcut in the Programs folder that allowed me to add Comm Manager to the Launch Tray. By the way, with the original icon.
Many thanks
Hi there,
I am looking for a way to change the left Softkey of my phone (HTC TP2, Tilt,Rhodium) from actually "People" to "Home". (I am bored of recalling my Phonepartner, because I wanted to change to the HTC sense Homescreen while have a phone call and so, I suspended the call ...)
This is NOT the Softkey of the Manila / HTC sense UID, but the one of the Phone (cprog).
I had looked at the registry and nothing found and I used the search-function here at the forum, but nothing found, too.
Can anyone help me ?
Thank you,
MalcomX
