I tried the "forum tools" - "subscribe to this forum" - "no email notification", but this seems not to help. I still receive dayly notifications about that subforum.

We have an Admin tool "Delete Subscriptions" but I have not used it before for a Member, so if I use it, all your subscriptions might be deleted.
Personal Message me if you want me to try!

Is there a function that allows me to view all posts by me? Because there's so much activity on this site, I often find it difficult to check whether questions I raised have been answered or not.
Hi Stephen,
You have a few options; the first is to look at your public profile statistics:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=2221185
Another option is to subscribe to the thread and have it notify you via email. This option will display the thread in your User CP and send you an email - I typically skip the email notification.
HTH,
Just click your 'name' on any of your posts, then click 'find all posts by'!
Thanks!
Cool, glad it worked for you.
hey admins
i have nice suggest to the forum design
maybe u guys can add bookmark option to forum
and able us to bookmark few topics and see all the new posts at once
without having to look each one by one
thx u guys
edit:
another suggestion
that is to add top topics that recently active in sub-fourm
aka hd2 android /wp7 and else so we could access them fast
I second that.
vBulletin is considered one of the best forum softwares, it should support user bookmarks.
Someone needs to point this thread do the admins, otherwise there is very little chance that an admin will read this in such a huge forum!
+1

You can do bookmarks already
Thread subscriptions under "thread tools", and then go to "UserCP".
You can subscribe to forums and threads.
Unless I am missing out something, thread subscription will enable mail notifications. So it is not currently possible to add a thread to the list without receiving mail notifications. This is OK in most cases, but can sometimes be annoying.

No, you can disable the email notification either thread by thread (go into the List Subscriptions and select "No email notification" for the threads you want) or for all threads (go into Edit Options and select "No email notification" in Default Thread Subscription Mode).

Good! You are getting a "thanks".

There are a few different ways to do this;
1
Go to your profile (click your name top right corner) and then click statistics and view your posts. Click the ones you want to check to take you to the thread.
2
If you need quick alerts to notify you of updates in a thread then you can subscribe to specific threads and get email notifications. To do this click the "Thread Tools" button at the top of a thread and choose subscribe to thread.
NB. You can change some options about the way you are notified about thread updates in USER CP. You must have a valid email address stored in our system for this to work. You can update your email address in USER CP.
3
You can also simply bookmark specific threads in your browser.

Click on your username and you can see it from the statistics part of the profile (or select Find all posts by user).
Also, if you go into your options and change the "Default Thread Subscription Mode" to "No e-mail notification" you can see them all listed in the
Click the User CP found by clicking the button at the top of every page.

hi
i have a doubt how to view all threads
It's the exact same instructions as above. Click on your username (at the top of the page it will say 'welcome, xxxxx' or alternatively click on it on your post) then move from the 'about me' tab to the 'statistics' tab. Here you can see your posts, thanked posts and started threads.
In control panel and when click on your profil
As I've progressed through devices, I've added subscriptions to device forums. Some of these I'd like to remove from my list of subscriptions, but I can't find any way to do this.
When clicking Forum Tools in said forums, I am only given the option to subscribe (again?).
Looking forward to any hints you may give.
Cheers, and thanks for a fantastic community!

Select the threads, of which you like to cancel the subscription, by ticking them. Then go down to the bottom and for the field "Selcted Threads" open the dropdown and select "Delete Subscription". Afterwards just click on "Go".
EDIT: In a thread itself (i.e. for a single one) you find on top the possibility to cancel the subscription for that thread.

Negative, most likely my fault as I didn't read your post closely eneough.
And I apologise I don't know about any "bulk possibility" to remove subscriptions from fora. Maybe someone else do?
I think you need to unsubcribe forum by forum but al least Style XDA 2015 (different to the other styles) allows you to accomplish this directly out of the overview.
