I need arabic ROM for artemis. is that possible to find an arabic rom at the moment??. please help the newby

we need help, please

there is no arabic room as i know, just install an arabic program
there is one if you just want to write and read arabic and another one if you want an overall arabic.

HELP! For Dutch Wizard rom

Can somebody explain how to build a Dutch rom or how to translate an existing rom to Dutch.
I can make a dump from a Dutch rom (I think although) from a Touch, but how to make it work on a Wizard.
I know there a a lot of great developers arround here, so please can somebody give me advise or help with this?
