Ah...well never used it...but throwing it out there, there isn't an option in the display/interface settings to disable it?
Nope anyone know how to take it off?

if you can find a stock deodexed ROM you could replace the framework from that one and push it into your new one using ninjamorph, did you try pusing a blank widget.txt to see what that does? otherwise you would have to find one that has all of that removed, plus any theme etc your trying to run updates the framework.apk so your kinda stuck i think

There are instructions on how to customize these in the Power Control Widgets thread.
if your issue is that you dont want it to have 4g you can easily modify the widget.txt file and change it up there are a lot of options. If you are trying to remove it You may look int he EVIO rom thread Calk has a flashable zip to remove it from EVIO. it should work for any rom in theory since Evio isnt themed and neither is SL it shoudlnt effect much else. i would nandroid just in case though.
As always, going to put together a thread with all of my how to videos! Expect many more to come and be sure to subscribe to my channel!

There is some timing involved. When you hold the button combo, the screen will come up with some blue text in the top left corner. At that point, let go, otherwise you will boot normal. Let go at the right time and you get recovery.

If I owned the phone I would make a deodexed rom and a debloated rom... anyone up for testing can pm me their gtalk

Something tells me most devs who ordered this phone opted for the 32 gb. That plus 50 dropbox storage is plenty.
Being said that's when most custom Rom work will start.

I had cm10 on my note one... and I love the stock TW ROM of the note 2.... I was wondering though if anyone could crest a flash able zip to enable quick reply to text messages from notification which is extremely useful for replying and not quitting what your currently doing... a lot of third party apps have it... but I like staying stock.... and also if possible making a mod for skipping and going back on songs using the volume keys when the screen is off.... if possible please help!!

I'm having a problem with the lock screen clock updating really slow. It takes at least 2-3 seconds everytime I turn of my phone to look at the time. The small clock on top next to the battery works fine though.. any help would be greatly appreciated.

This has been driving me crazy ever since I got the phone, I've tried to just forget about it. Hopefully someone knows about this and has some way to fix it, whether its a different clock widget or a setting somewhere.
Its a problem with all the widgets I'm finding. They take longer to load up during start up.

I really hope someone comes up with a way to fix it because this is annoying..

Some AOSP roms and the Tweaked rom give you the option to disable the screen from coming on when the phone is put on and taken off the charger. Is there a way to stop the screen from coming on with a simple edit to something with the Jedix19 rom?
