Tapatalk username/password invalid - About xda-developers.com

I installed Tapatalk 1.3.5 and XDA-Developers 1.0 on my android 2.1 phone, but it kept showing invalid username/password when i login our forum with them. And I'm pretty sure the username/password i entered is correct.
Anyone knows why?

I haven't heard this bug before. It's likely a letter is off either on your username or password. Make sure you don't have caps lock enabled on your phone.

Sorry for bringing back an old (ancient) thread, but this was the 3rd result from Google (for me) for "tapatalk invalid password". My problem was I had special characters in my password that apparently tapatalk doesn't handle properly (copyright signs, foreign letters, etc. generated from KeePass).

@akksnv then change your password or contact tapatalk support for the issue.

The pattern lock? You should be able to still get in with your gmail acct and password if you forget your pattern.

Especially if you double over already activated terminals while you set it, and they don't work when trying to unlock the phone.

mess up so many times that it asks you for your gmail password, then lets you change the pattern lock.
Thanks!

[Q] modded email apk

Has anyone hacked the email apk to bypass exchange security?
+1 for this...
The stock email app will not let me connect to my exchange server. It says that the device does not support the security policy required by my exchange server. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Dumb question...you tried Enhanced Email?
Someone post it up please. The email.apk

Any help would be fantastic. Thanks.
+1 for this.
I could connect to my works exchange with cm7 but not on stock.
Enhanced email works but it has major issues with ics. It FC when auto-sync is turned on. So I either get work emails or Gmail.

+1 could really need this!
Did you try to select "SSL/TLS Accept all certificates" in Security type ?
Alright guys I have unpacked those files and they are slightly different compared to the gingerbread email application which is based of the Seven application.
Will see what I can do.

Would it be possible if we use CM9 Email source?
https://github.com/CyanogenMod/android_packages_apps_Email/tree/ics
Based from it, we just need to modify the isActive function to return true under SecurityPolicy.java? Am I right?

Bypassing exchange security pin

Is anyone working on the native email apk without exchange pin? I enhanced email allows for this, but does not work with ics yet.
Thanks

i am very interested in this as well. thanks very much.
Ditto! Must have... can't deal with pin entry to unlock!
I am waiting for this too. O can't seem to get Enhanced Email app to work.

Enhanced Email does work on ICS. Disable calendar and contacts sync to stop FCs.
I don't want that if it was available. Lol if I lose phone someone might email ballmer >;]

Already availavle here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1367254
It is also worth noting after I rooted my phone and put my recovery on I had to reconfigure everything and it did not ask me to do a pin this time around. Not sure why or if the rooting had anything to do with it but just a fyi.

Sprint Galaxy Note 4: RTSP & HTTP Proxy settings in Marshmallow.

Can we bypass Sprints Proxy locations by editing these files.
/data/data/com.sec.sprextension/files/mmhttppd.prop
/data/data/0/com.sec.sprextension/files/mmhttppd.prop
/data/data/com.sec.sprextension/files/mmrtsp.prop
/data/data/0/com.sec.sprextension/files/mmrtsp.prop
I'm not sure if you can by editing those files but with your MSL number you could just replace the strings with 0 (for ports) and 0.0.0.0 (for IP addresses / URLs)

I actually figured it out.
thanks to your observation.
I used SQlite editor, and went into Phone Info apk
then in: t_systemproperty find the same proxy addresses and ports.
then change to the respective values as we used to before.
I put 0.0.0.0 for the proxies, and <Not set> for the ports
Sweet, I'm going to do that right away. Thanks

When streaming video it removes the proxy as a mediator... if the bandwidth is there it increases and smooths out the data throughput. ..

Has anyone confirmed this is working? When I first jumped to MM I edited the MMSC settings and had problems sending Multimedia Messages when I was connected to any Wifi,. This included group texts as well as receiving those types of messages. I'm not too good at using SQlite and doing all this on my own, so if someone can confirm and help explain how to do it I would Appreciate it. Don't forget to do a Backup!

Guys, I'm using N910P with a GSM SIM outside of US.
I've enabled hotspot through various "hacks" present here on XDA, but when I try to connect my PC through my phone, the PC gets stuck at "Obtaining IP Address".
In my opinion, there's something in stock MM ROM that looks for some Sprint IPs (I may be wrong). So, will editing lines in above mentioned post work for me too?

Note7 won't stop blocking Offensive words...

I have it unchecked in google but it won't stop?
Sent from my SM-N930V using Tapatalk
Are you trying to block it in the voice search, or keyboard?
Also I feel like the easiest solution would be to not use offensive words. What words are you even using?
The problem I'm having is even mild words like damn get blocked out and yes sometimes I would like to use more aggressive language in text messages the problem seems to live with Samsung's voice input if I switch over to the Google keyboard which utilizes Google voice input I don't have this problem. And I cannot find a setting in Samsung voice input to turn off the blocking of offensive words.

I checked earlier and you're right. There's literally no option that I can see, sorry I can't help more.
Yeah that's what I kind of was seeing myself as much as I do like the Samsung keyboard I will just have to use the Google keyboard which allows me to use the Google voice input

Found that setting easy it's the same one that's in the Google app setting the problem is the Samsung voice to text that the Samsung keyboard uses doesn't have a setting to turn off the filtering

I'm dropping 800 on a communication device. Regardless of what others think (" I feel like the easiest solution would be to not use offensive words. " )- If I want to insert an obscenity, I should not be restricted in doing so. To the initial post -- yes, I am seeing this as well. It's sad that something so trivial irritates me. If this was something from Fischer Price, perhaps it would be warranted, but the fact remains, it is not and if I want to call somebody a *insert derogatory term* smoker or "Mother ******", I should be able to.
Solution -- download the Google Keyboard. I did it and this ridiculous scenario goes away. Next thing would be to find out a work around to the Live wallpapers. *sigh*
