Pictures will not open on my new SD card - Touch Pro2, Tilt 2 Windows Mobile General

Ok so i spent my entire day at a car show yesterday, i get home with my phone and new 16gb micro SD and plug into my computer and i keep getting a message that the pictures will not open or cannot be viewed in this format. So now my entire day is lost on this car, but it shows the pics are there.
There is no preview of the photos on my phone or when i plug in, just the blank squares on my computer and a load of microsoft icons on my phone that have nothing.
Any suggestions for getting at these pics? It says they are in jpeg format when i look at their information. So do i just have a bad card and too bad or is there a life saver out there? Ty

[Q] Dead microSD?

Woke up this morning and my live wallpaper which uses my camera photos has stopped working, I also had a notification saying my SD card has unexpectedly unmounted.
Its done this before when I had not put in in correctly, so I powered the phone down and removed and reinstered the card, then rebooted. Nothing, the card was not found.
I have another 4gb card which I tried in my phone and that was picked up right away. the 8gb which came with the phone is not found in a helmet camera I have or by my laptop either. So I have come to the conclusion it has died completely.
Is there anyway I can recover the data from this or is it a lost cause?
*Note to self, backup more often!*

Corrupted Internal Storage

Small Issue, Connected my Nexus to the pc as normal, to copy across some pictures.
All was fine, next thing it stops copying so i have a quick look at "computer" shows my Nexus Internal Storage and stating that is full... also showing that it has 2.6TB of space!!! checks on the phone and all my internal storage is empty.....
Disconnected rebooted and it will show up on the PC as normal.. all pictures there ect, but not on my phone.
Possibly faulty USB port has shorted it.
Reminder: Nand Back ups... luckily I have one.. so Fingers cross!

Really slow accessing files from computer?

So I've noticed whenever I plug my note 4 into my computer to transfer my pictures onto my computer, it's very slow. You click DCIM... and have to wait and wait then camera comes up... wait even longer then the pictures in the folder populate super super slow a few at a time. This is not an issue I had with my note 2. I'd plug that in and it would populate 600 pictures in a few seconds.
I'm constantly pulling pictures off of it, changing music around and moving audio books on and off. I don't really feel like taking the card out and putting it in my card reader every time. Like I said, my note 2 never had issues.
So any one else find that it's extremely slow accessing your phones files from your computer?

Att h810o camera issues

I take a picture and then i go back to look at it and i cant. It shows up as a gray screen or a grey screen with a white triangle and an exclamation point. Does anyone else have this issue?
Are you saving pictures to your external SD card? I had the same issue when using a generic SD card that wasn't properly formatted. I changed the format using my laptop and it seems to have corrected the issue. For my piece of mind though I decided to save photos to internal storage instead. If you're not saving to an external SD and still have that issue I'm afraid I can't offer any suggestions.
Same issues here. Pictures display fine initially. Later though I'll try to access them and they will be grayed out and marked corrupt. I've reformatted the extsd using the devices format options from the settings menu. I'm going to get a second card to see if this one is corrupted.

How to get photos off a dead LGG3

Hi. Here is a tip that may help anyone to get photos off an unresponsive and dead looking LGG3. I tried and failed to boot the phone using all ways that others have tried so after connected it to a Macbook I managed to get all photos and videos off!
Here's how: take SIM out, leave battery in, switch phone on and while the led flashes blue/green (the screen is still black), log on the LG, connect to the Mac, the app Photos opens, recognises the phone and begins reading memory. (the screen remains black throughout)
Now copy them: > Import all new photos (keep scrolling down the list as it may time out if you leave it),
Now copy them to a folder: >file >export >export unmodified (keeps the metadata). The files end up in date folders.
The phone can now get fixed as it doesn't matter if the memory get wiped in the process.
I hope that this helps someone and it may work with other phones, so give it a try if all else fails.
