I'm a bit puzzled about why anyone would want to do this (and that's speaking as a hardened web designer and Linux geek), but you could try this:

I have a small app that needs PHP to create the registration codes.
Having this on my phone would make it easier to do !!
Not to sure I want to root it just to do that though.
If it's a PHP applet with just a command line interface, I would use ConnectBot to log into one of my servers via SSH. Obviously no use if you don't have a connection to the server, but this phone doesn't really make sense without network connectivity anyway.

It says it does not support it. I dont think there is a way around this. There is no option to enter the password on your device. You have to open and unlock the doc on your cpu and turn the encryption off within the file, then transfer and view on your device. If you dont know how to do it then just open and unlock on your cpu copy and paste the body to a new doc. There is no support on how to decrypt a doc here because that is classified as "cracking", which is banned on this site. This is the only solution to your problem that I know of. Hope this helps!

Here's something I created today in about an hour and figured I'd share.
Basically, it automates the process of extracting a XAP, reading the contents of the manifest, and then stuffing it back in when saved.

This is useful for when removing ID_CAP_INTEROPSERVICES and other modifications, and should be a nice time saver.
I'll admit it's not bug free, and don't expect it to be. But it seems functional for the most part, and let me know if you have any issues of course
Also, it has Patching built in, to allow any XAPs downloaded from, say, Phone7Market, to be patched and deployed. So if there's an application you downloaded and need to edit the manifest (I can think of some reasons here =P ), you can deploy it without any issues.
Again, it's nothing special, but for people like me who spend far too much time editing manifests, this might be of some help. Any questions, suggestions, etc, let me know

Basically shows an error message which I looked up and the only place I've seen anything about it is on the subreddit called Intune which is a Microsoft developer tool for Android I think. Never seen this on any phone before and it's crazy I can't find anything about it.
