is it possible that some of our talented chefs can port either of these to our rhodiums..i knw its a lotta hard work guys..
just suggesting an idea..
Refrain from creating multiple posts about same topic/suggestion. That WILL NOT result in a quicker response, but rather clutter the forum.
Deleted other thread.
ok dude...

. . Isn't there any way we can fix that? The netbook version would be really cool to have. Maybe the Kubuntu for netbooks?

It's not C, but it has a GUI and compiler that let you dev right on the device, as well as on the PC.
It might fit your needs. Good luck!

Hey I simply had a quick question regarding if you think this HTC ROM builder program will have support for the CMDA Vogue Touch as it does for the GSM Elf Touch?
Thanks a lot, Jim.

If I will recieve specific FW data (block's names, IDs and sizes) for this phones from someone then I can include it in new version of devices config file.

You need to be confident in firmware-disassembling to properly extract and understand this information. As I have not Vogue in my hands I can't help you with this. Try to ask somebody in the forum to dig out and provide this infos.

i was wondering if anyone out there knows exactly what to do for the last paragraph there?
it would be awesome to have that rom building tool working for the vogue i think, especially for those who really dont know how to cook a rom at all.
im not sure if heres referring to anything more than a prepit.bat of a vogue nbh, though i would guess its more complicated than that.
anyone? thanks.

What's the point? I'd rather leave it up to those who know how to make a good, stable rom kitchen, than attempt it on my own.
--James
i dont think there is much risk here, seeing as how you can always re-flash again. it would just be a great learning tool, as well as a great developing tool for those who are interested.
cooking roms can take an awful lot of work, and this looks like it could really clean things up, not to mention its GUI would help a lot of noobs get started.

I may be wrong, but it sounds like he's referring to the template used by nbhtool that basically automates nbhgen so that you don't have to update the configuration txt?

Hey.. Since no developer here seems to be too interested in creating a few Gsen games for the HD (i got a few ideas) I would like to start develop games.. However I would need some guidance in doing this since im a complete noob.. If any developer is willing to start working on this with me (eventhough im a noob) please write here.
I know pretty much about computers and stuff and I learn quick so it might be worth a shot.
Bump,,
Im just looking for some advice anyone?
I am no developer, but would suggest you look in to visual studio and the win mo 6.1 sdk. there are a few very good tutorials on the microsoft website which should get you started.
best of luck and let me know if you manage to develop anything.
Tyvm for the advice, will look into the things listed
I'd be interested to see what you find out.
I'm doing a games design degree at the moment.
if you can make something in flash and use an extra
bit of software to translate that to WM for controls
I'd love to mod the group project we did last year to
run on my phone, it'd be fun to wind up my mate in class
with an iphone
Yeah thats what i thought about too..
I know a few games written in flash that would work very well with the Gsen. Im going to work on in later to day so ill holla back
Ehm btw what project did you do last year? ^^

His apps work on the Touch Pro (you just need to change he sensor.dll for the Touch Pro's and it works). I don't know him but I see he's been pretty active at developing gsen apps so he clearly knows his stuff.

Hello?
Is somehing happening in here?
Hi to all.
I'm trying to help the android developers on b7610 (a side project of the porting on i8000) to make the wifi work.
The problem is that the phone in android is unable to load the wifi driver, so wifi (and also bluetooth) cannot be used.
Here on xda there are the best developers in the world so i want to ask if someone knows how to make it.
Thx to all the people who will answer.
Greetings from italy

Erik is working on that. And he's from modaco ;-P
HI votickest.
First of all thx a lot to you for all the work you are doing for i8000 cause your works sure help erickas in working for b7610.
I know that he is from modaco, but i feel a bit "guilty" just taking his work without helping, so i've decided to open this thread here on xda with the hope that somebody could help me in helping him.
If i can i really want to help him in his work but unfortunatly i have no linux skills so i have to search for helpers in the web.
I'm still hoping to find something useful for him.
Anyway votickest, do you know something about erickas efforts to make wifi works on b7610?
Do you know if he is close to the solution?
Thx in advance and once again greetings from italy

Haven't spoken with him last time (we both are busy). Just ask him.
BTW. We haven't found developers help neither here or modaco or elsewhere, so this thread will be rather useless...
I wish i could help, i really like to make things like these but unfortunatly i don't have the skill needed
Hey guys, it seems someone has compiled RetroArch for our beloved Frankenstein tablets that now run on Windows 10, I've tested it and it works decently except for Genesis and PSX. maybe the cores weren't compiled properly or maybe if we'd compile other cores it'd have better performances, if you feel like trying it share your tips on how to improve this wonderful piece of software
Here's the link to the libretro forum entry that has the release:

Yeah it's great but it's really a shame we can't have PCSX-ReArmed, Beetle-PSX is just way too slow, I tried compiling it to no avail, if you think you can do something, you're more than welcome to try, that would be awesome

I am not really motivated anymore to compile Windows ARM32 stuff, everything is in beta, no one is interested in ARM32 Windows (because there are not too many devices), so hope Linux will work, if it is, I will shift my focus to Andorid compiling and Linux distros.
for me the link is dead

Retrix is literally just retroarch. No change at all. They support the same amount of systems.

Yes but I meant Retrix Gold supports more systems than the ARM32 port of desktop Retroarch.
