Hey all,
Since that junk iGarbage has that Awesome "Cydia" App to download and use ANY Program in the App Store for free and to use Apps that Steve Jobs didn`t like , why can`t Android -AWESOME- DEVELOPERS make such an App ?? or didn`t anyone think about it! (in this case here is the idea so start working ) lol

althought apps like apktor can be used to download off illegal repo's, im pretty sure there made for freeware ones lol

OP, what you are suggesting is illegal, and not likely to work, since Google would just disable it. Either way, thread closed as this is turning into a warez discussion.

[Q] Need Emulator ROMs v2.1.7

Im was look all over the internet for Emulator ROMs v2.1.7 and I cant seem to find it. Google took it out of the Android Market . Can someone post the app for me please? Thanks

It seems they have taken it off the market can someone tell me why? is it a virus? Can someone share it here? I found version 1 on there site(http://coolcode.org/), does that mean that there really is no 2.1.7?
Anyway thanks to everyone for there help. Also an op may want to move this to the Android section since this is for any device not just evo.

just download via torrent google search for the system roms you want

Because it is illegal to redistribute commercial software like video game ROMs without a license. That kind of software was essentially just a way to find warez.
Not making a judgment but it makes sense that Google wouldn't want warez in their official app market. ROMs for pretty much every console are easy to find through whatever channels you usually use to find warez and the like.

hi guys,
I've got a very quick question actually.
I'm a student again since this month and I'm studying on the 'Inholland Haarlem' school, they have this smooth app called android timetable.
the point is that I'm not able to find this app on the market, not in a way.
I searched the internet for a lose APK file but still didnt found anything.
I then reached a website called www.antt.nl, this is the original app website but when I try to download the program the site says my phone is not compatible with it, and that while a friend of mine has the app on his S2. I hear you guys saying, why don't you just send the APK file from his phone to yours, well, he wont let me touch his phone because he doesn't trusts me (i've rooted + themed + rommed my phone) and he's affraid i might break it.
so here is my question: Can somebody download this app from the market or from www.antt.nl and post / pm / mail me the APK file?

Ik have the same problem. The application is not compatible with the I9100. I wan't to have it also.
I will download the app and post it here when i get home! no problem.

btw, it really is compatible with the phone, a mate has the S2 too and he downloaded it just from the market. I think it might have something to do with rooting or romming your device.
anyway you could post the samsungapps market apk too?

[Q] Facebook App wont let you revoke permissions

Hey all,
I've noticed that when using Cyanogen and the new Facebook app with the crazy permissions, that it notices I've revoked permissions, should i choose to, and says it wont start until i restore them.
So I've deleted the app, as that's even creepier than the new permissions it wants.
However, as this will probably be the start of a new trend i was wondering if there was any other methods that could be used to prevent programs from doing this?
BTW - If you want to support Facebook or tell us how good Google+ is please go elsewhere, this is not for that discussion.

I am pretty sure only the dev of an app is able to control what the app does or rather wants to do.
