Has anybody used this? Review? How does it hold up?
thinksamsungcaptivate dot com/samsung-captivate-matrix-case-12780.html
i ordered one on amazon yesterday so I'll let u know when it comes in.
Looks nice.. I was considering it when looking for a case, then I read some reviews that said the holes in the back allow dust and stuff into the back of the case making the inside of the case very dirty. So I ended up getting the Amzer Argyle case.. Does it's job and looks nice.
This is the thread I read.. It's for the Fascinate, but it's basically the same design on a similar phone:

I love my XOOM, but I am not a fan of cases. When I use it I want to hold the item, not a thick shell or rubber casing surrounding it. I recently purchased the Switcheasy TRIG case for ipad, but it wouldn't really stay closed since it was made before the XOOM came out. I just bought the Kroo Wrapper case instead, since it has the same design but uses velcro. If requested I can post pics of the Kroo case when it comes in next week. Anyone else come across any good sleeve/stand combo's that the XOOM would fit well in?
Link to Switcheasy TRIG case on Amazon (it was $40 when I bought it last month);

Please post pics of the case when it comes in, i have a leather folio that i use now. I feel the same way you do when i want to use the xoom i want to hold the item i bought instead of a case that adds considerable thickness.
it will probably be very similiar to the switcheasy, but hopefully will stay closed since it at least says its sized for the XOOM. i'll do some comparison pics when it comes in next week.
Kroo Case
The Kroo case came in and the pics are below. the case is much skinnier and doesn't look like a puffy jacket anymore. its also not shiny, and has a nice faux-leather look to it. the velcro is also better than the buttons in my eyes. this one is a keeper for me! below are some pics of both the new and old cases (first 4 are the new one, second 4 are the old).
I'd recommend this case for anyone who wants a case/stand that isn't also a sleeve;

Hi thanks for the pics... can't quite work out how the case works to "wrap" the xoom from your them... any chance of a few more just to show how it works?
Also struggling to find a UK/EU supplier
sent from my mz604
you live and learn ... at any rate you live
looks OK but nothing beats the versatility of the ZooGue case imo

Anyway that flip cover is amazing!
(If it's the same that I bought, on the picture it looks identically.)
ive been trying to find out some info about pouches and it seems no one has any of the ones i am trying to find info about. i have now nearly decided to purchase the fitbag pouch. for those who have one, how are they holding up and do they fit as good at this video on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=elM4SQGQvGM after using it for a while.
also, how is the quality of the alcantra vs the nappa version. cant decide between the two.
regarding protection, how have you found them with general bumps, drops etc. thanks.
i posted up photos of my nappa ones from fitbag on the pouch thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=27340586&postcount=212
the fit is exactly like the one in the video you posted above, ive had mine for a week now, the nappa leather is really soft but its very strong i cant speak for the alcantara one but its just a fancy word for fake suede so i went with genuine nappa leather was an easy choice as nappa leather is known for its durability so it doesnt just look good and stay looking good it will keep protecting your phone for awhile
hope that sheds some light
thanks for the info. i am also in australia. how long was delivery from when your ordered it to arrival. they say approx 25 days? i think i am going to get both the alcantara with light green robot and the red/black nappa leather one. they just look so good.
I got one for my htc one x. Brown corduroy. It fits nicely. Good quality.
I got mine for about a month now.
It's alcantara black with shielding.
Holds up just perfect, still looks like new.
I ordered a fitbag for my HTC Desire 2 years ago and I wouldn't do it again.
Its too expensive. No really need for it. Nearly no protection with the fitbag.
The only good thing about it: it really fits well.
Btw.: it was a full-grain leather sort of a buckskin.

Yep took 3.5 weeks to arrive
I've also ordered the sgp crumena as its a hard leather and has the pull tab with external speaker cut outs

took the plunge and ordered 2 android lite alcantara fitbags (one for a mates htc one xl) and one red/black nappa leather fitbag. end up being about $30 aud each including delivery. not bad for a custom fitting product.
Hey Everyone-
Hope you all have been enjoying the videos. Here's an unboxing and hands-on with the fitBAG sleeve for the OnePlus One. Something I noticed after i filmed the video and uploaded but worth mentioning, Unfortunately the company misses an up-sell opportunity by not offering an option for a card pouch on the outside of the case. Still a great sleeve for your OnePlus One.
