Hi, people.
This is a variation on the now classic "background on all tabs" mod for Manila. It was made for the new Manila 2.5.2011/2.5.2012 and does the following:
1. Displays the selected wallpaper on all the tabs of the Manila interface.
2. It stretches the wallpaper so it's rendered the same way as the WM 6.5 is - so you can use the same wallpaper on both Manila and WM and it will look the same. The only difference is that if the wallpaper is smaller than the screen area it occupies it is not tiled, as the WM is.
3. It sets the opacity of the wallpaper to 65 (65%) so it looks similar to the WM wallpaper as displayed on the start menu.
It still suffers from the low quality wallpaper thing in Manila (as the texture size limitation to 512x512 in the OpenGL on Touch HD makes Manila downsample the wallpaper to 512x512 and then use it as a texture on a bigger rectangle - there are several techniques to have the wallpaper displayed in full quality, but that's beyond the scope of this mod).
I'm usually using it with 800x800 wallpapers, so it's consistent with WM even in landscape.

The wallpaper stretching was not 100% correct when getting into/going out from landscape mode.
Version 0.3:
Small fixes + a version with 100% wallpaper opacity.
Manila 2.5.2012 - Bk4All.cab:
Tested on 2.5.2012 with Co0kieMonster's famous mod, it should play along well with a variety of Manilas and Manila mods, as it only changes the background image loading code, no mode9 file modifications anymore - thanks Co0kieMonster for the hint.

Yes same here!
i have also installed cookies home tab.
If i install this Background4All Tabs i dont see the softkeys, no shortcuts. The Background is on all Tabs
Maybe you can fix this miancule

Yes. All you have to do is select the same image as 'Home tab wallpaper' and 'Lock screen wallpaper' and you'll end up with identical wallpapers on Manila and Windows Mobile, in both portrait and landscape - to avoid tiling anf possibly other issues, use an image of at least 800x800 pixels.

sorry for that. it should be working now (i think). Please try v2[fixed] and confirm; (i am having some issues with my HD... i could not test the cab).

i think about stock tab there is a mistake.........
4833934f_manila is missing! is the 64*64 one in the bottom bar.
i have done it for you all, just copy in windows HD folder using Total Commander or similar.

sorry guys for that, it seems there is many manila files holding stocks icon and i was not sure which is the right one to use!!!
anyhow i have used the file from "giangishanghai" and added it to v2[fixed2] at the first post.

This is based on my previous "Shadowsong" skin (which no longer exists).

Rotastrain made small tutorial on how to make backgrounds for this. (It's his panoramic code). Search for it, in this forum.
While I really appreciate the scenic background, I must say that reading white text on the light background is really not comfortable. Either the text will have to be made darker or that beautiful background has to change!

The background is 01253_silence_1280x800.jpg from interfacelift.com (maybe the source is another size then 1280x800).

Actually, that is not my source. It's a wallpaper that is available at several sites all over the internet.
I've received quite some feedback on the TP2 forum, regarding some issues and suggestions.

No, that's not the same bug. With the white, I mean entire manila.
Please post a screencapture of the bug, so I can better understand what the problem is.

I see. I haven't seen this problem before. I think it's because Rotastrain's crystal slider isn't compatible with the CAB TF3D2. Rotastrain is the only one I know who can fix this. You had best ask him, so he can tell you which files he needs from you to be able to patch it.

The 174ba15d_manila contains the correct image (see cfc gui screenshot), but displays the old stock icon (see other screenshot). I think this might have to do with the manila name. 174ba15d_manila is named stock_preview.qtc, while all of the other preview icons are named filename-hero.qtc (ie home-hero.qtc). The stock preview icon is the only one not listed under manila\icon preview. However, I do not know how to change the manila file name, so I cannot test it. Would you be able to test this to see if it corrects the issue? Thanks.

That moving background is Rotastrain's Panosidetoside. You can modify it, as it's just normal manila image files (QTC).
Just flashed Duttys R7 Rom with 2.5 Manila and noticed that my old cab files like backgroundg4alltabs, half bottom curtain, Dusk Glass Digital Clock doesn't work. I think that it's time to start looking for new ones. So post in this Thread all modifications working on Manila 2.5. Cheers!

I'm not so sure......
I've spent all afternoon playing with this and using HDwall you get a thin black line though the image and a black bar running down the right of the screen.
We're working on it now and I'm hopfull we'll find a solution.
I'll post back here if it does indeed work.

I have question for You. Could You make the Home and People Shortcuts with the same transparency Level? (I mean the graphics around the Icons) Also the People Shortcut graphics would be better without the phone symbol.Thanks!

Yes thanks having to do a complete rebuild to make this work on 2.5 so far made some nice additions, soon as I find out the digit files I'll release the clock on it's own

Personally I use Hdwall of Maranello for my themes and yes I have manila 2.1 with winmo 6.5!

I go to HDwall 0.27 and i create a wallpaper for all TABS using this profile:
TouchFLO v2.1 - CFC Compression - All Tabs
So after i convert and make a cab all is fine when i install the CAB into the device and restart the Manila the wallpaper is on the Screen BUT the TOP and BOTTON bar are like they was befor?!!? what i mean is that the wallpaper is not on the Whole Screen like in the post you show here.
I go into settins and then Today and i try almost every posible theme style no matter what im trying always the TOP BAR and the BOTTOM are not transperant black or any other colour but never like the whole wallpaper so the question is

So im using NRG 6.5 ROM from 17 Octomber Build with 2.1 Sense Manila
All is fine i also install the Patch no matter what im doing the wallpaper is on all tabs but the TOP and BOTTOM bar are not with the wallpaper.
On my device i have installed NEOS Drviers i don`t know if they make some problem
I think that the problem is in the THEMES... NRG have already fet times so i go to SETTING today and there under themes section i try almost the same theme and again nothing but i saw that i don`t have DEFAULT theme maybe this is the problem?!
If anyone can help me and send me DEFAULT Theme to install and after this i will be able under SETTING TODAY to use default theme and then all must to be fine

All is fine i also install the Patch no matter what im doing the wallpaper is on all tabs but the TOP and BOTTOM bar are not with the wallpaper.
On my device i have installed NEOS Drviers i don`t know if they make some problem
I think that the problem is in the THEMES... NRG have already fet times so i go to SETTING today and there under themes section i try almost the same theme and again nothing but i saw that i don`t have DEFAULT theme maybe this is the problem?!
If anyone can help me and send me DEFAULT Theme to install and after this i will be able under SETTING TODAY to use default theme and then all must to be fine

Hello again antoniomistretta, when i install this that you give me the LEO look work good and is on the full screen when im trying to make myself a wallpaper with HD wall its not on the whole screen.
Like you told me im using the profile 6.5 with Manila 2.1 No Compression for all tabs etc i cant understan what wrong im doing...
Can you please make this Image to be on the full screen wallpaper?
I don`t need anything other just the wallpaper to be everywhere

We are seing some Landscape capable Roms. So I believe the following is a GREAT add-on to those Roms.
Landscape B4All Tabs + more 4 Manila 2.5.1922
This cab contains the following:
1.- B4All Tabs
2.- Select any Animation with any Wallpaper
3.- Day of the week as in "Mon, Tue, etc.."on Calendar Icon
4.- Red color Sundays, Blue color Saturdays on Calendar
5.- Last but not least select a different Portrait and Landscape Wallpaper, if no Landscape Wallpaper is selected the Portrait Wallpaper will show in Landscape

Ok, so noticed a minor bug (took t2 days to notice), but once installed, the bottom tab bar where the icons are located stops being semi-transparent. I checked by uninstalling to verify it was the case and then did some searching and came upon this post by cookiemonster http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=4181177&postcount=47. Verified the post by going to actual reg key he references and it was blank (meaning of course that the tab bar will be solid), as mentioned. Is there a way you can fix the bg4all to bypass or set the value? As well, I end up with a small thin black bar between the tab bar and bottom taskbar. Thanks in advance.

doesnt work with cookiemonsters home tab mod on my topaz with comec v5 rom.
without cookiemonsters mod it is okay.
what can i do?
any other possibilities to have b4all tabs on comec v5 (sense 2.5.1922) with cookiemonsters mod?

Ive tried on the HD2, with cookie mod and without, and the background works great, but the quick icons tab dessapears, ive also tried with many different roms, but still the same.
