i'am on the cooked rom : Josh's PerfectBlack 2.5, and i have few questions:
how disable the auto rotation screen ? (with g-sensor)
and i'am using S2u2, and the sms notification doesn't appear on s2u2 screen, it does come from a phone settings or it's from s2u2 (sms notification is on) ???

During call I can type only numbers with buttons where they are. When call is stopped keyboard goes to normal. This is really annoying when you try to write note when speaking...

Not seen any resolution to the Number keys stuck while in-call. Doesn't seem to be resolved yet per the last post I saw on it:

Yes, I actually asked whether the new 3.60 Schap's Rom fixed the problem, but have not heard an answer one way or the other....

If it's based on any of the new WM6 ROM's probably not. Although I have heard that some people are not having the issue at all.
the new 3.60 Schap's Rom does not fix this problem... Let's wait then.
this question is going to get as annoying as "I just flashed ??? rom and now my function keys aren't right!"

I have PNT 19949.1.2 and the auto pick up or auto answer does not work at all this with no accessories connected did any body experienced the same problem
why dont you ask it in the ROM thread, maybe you can get some help there, rather than starting a new thread!

in germany you need umts. i think it the same what 3g was by apple. dont really know, but normal gsm is to slow for viedo.

I've never made a video call but... First turn on your 3g in comm manager, if not enabled, then check if your rom's dialer has video call button. Then, at least in my country it's that way, call your operator to see if video call is supported with your plan and activate it if not, then the person you are calling should also have it enabled and supported. Then all should be working.
Is it because the video call option isnt there on your dialer?
Thats whats holding me back from WM6.5..
Video is part of the HTC dailer not the MS one thats included. You will need to install the HTC dailer. Take note tho, your lock screen will not work fully anymore, and on some dailer versions, if you scroll, text will overlap from both dail pads. I don't run any of this but following Miri's thread, this is what has generally been reported.
Looks like WM6.5 is still very experimental at this stage.
I don't really use the lock feature anyway, but overlapping text scrolling would be a prob.
I'm mainly interested in WM6.5 coz Im wondering if I would be happier with it's default today screen.. so I can make do without TF3D, thus leaving it with more memory left.
Any soul here can lead us to the HTC video dialpad which actually works well with WM6.5?
I had the same problem and I solved installing this two cabs found on the forum......
Install first "VideoTelephony_Diamond_Swtos"
and then if you want "Diamond Slide to Answer for HTC FUZE"

I´ve installed the two files, but videocall isn´t working for me. there´s a problem with wm6.5 , i think
I've installed them. the dial panel can't see any contact while want to make a [video] call... seems existing problems for my rom, version 6.5.

Maybe we can disable certain dailer PAD, it will make your system cannot support video call.
You can try this ROM for your video call requirement

Can you please double check... Because I tried the manila version but eventhough VIDEO CALL option is there still it always makes a voice call when I select Video call. So I rolled back to WM6.1
u need to sit up Connection then it wil works ..

Hmm, although I thought it is working I've just tried Titanium version and it doesn't seem to work, I see video call enabled dialer but when I try to make a call it just say can't connect...

HOPE you all know that you have to get it enabled by the operator (for example i had to ask Orange to enable it for me)
Recently i have installed energy rom series standard version in my diamond.
Later i noticed that bluetooth was not working properly..files was not recieving from other mobile..but i can able to send the anyfile..only incoming beams was not working..
can anybody help me plz...

this has been discussed and resolved several times in energyROM thread.... a simple search should have saved a new thread.........
anyways for the prob..... enable beam( bluetooth also) in START>settings>connection>beam ........

Not quite.
I've asked 3 times or so in that thread for weeks and got no answer so yes its easier to open a new thread and ask.
Thankfully i found the answer on another forum a few weeks back now.
In all the time it took you to type the answer to that thread you could easily have just given them the answer....
First of all excuse me about thise title, i didn't know which name I would give to this thread.
I have a problem with this incoming call slide. In my stock ROM, it was very smooth when answered or rejected a call. Since I flashed a new ROM, this slide became very slow, even flashing with stock ROM from htc.com.
Could you plesase tell me if you have the same problem?
And I would be very thankfull if someone tell me how can I fix this.

In my experiences, the slide has never been smooth. Would be interested to see if theres a fix.

I Use my Blackstone from around 2 years and the slider is just Eye Candy i never use it i preffer to press the hardware call button, because often the slider is slow or laggy and this is how it is in many rooms i use around 50 ROM`s and i can tell you Better use the Button the slider is not good at all
Anyway if you want to pick up call with slider you can use S2U2 its free and have Full Screen Caller Image with more sensetive slider and alot other things

Thank you for the information I like this htc slider, but i can't stand its lag... I will try S2U2

So I suggest downloading the hotfix from HTC ‘s home page:

let me just add more information:
the link you provided leads to a direct hotfix (an exe file to be executed on the blackstone directly). it works without entering a serial number (important for everyone with a carrier branded device, that are not able to download roms from htc directly).
and most important: that fix only works for roms 1.22 or older (assuming that the fix is built into newer stock roms).
and for everyone to lazy to copy and paste and mod the url you gave, here is an active link:

Will this affect my device, tho? Last hotfix i applied, crashed my graphics, and gave the distored look, and had to HRS !! not good

If you did flash a non-stock ROM and tryed to apply the hotfix, probabily it will happen again.... If your ROM is a a stock one, it might not happen, but you can try.
