Original rom problem - Upgrading, Modifying and Unlocking

Hello everyone.
I have a little problem and I want to ask for your help. I tried a few cooked versions of wm for my HTC Diamond, they were great. Than I tried an original rom from Orange and everything changed (in bad) Now I may install any version of wm but the boot screen is changed (it appers orange logo instead of HTC). Can you help me to restore that setting? I just hate that Orange logo. Thanks.

You can create the boot splash, download the following rar and follow instructions
ftp://xda:[email protected]/Universal/Tools_and_Programs/CreateBootScreenPackage.rar
After flash the boot screen to Universal will be hard reset, so please backup data after flash.

Need help ! cingular 8125 bricked :(

Hey iam new to this upgrading,CID unlocking etc.
I just bought my Cingular 8125 three weeks before.
I tried upgrading to WM 6.0 The update process completed successfully but after the reboot my mobile was back to factory default with wm 5.0.
without tring the lokiwiz to unlock, i used shelltools to flash the wm6.0.
it was successful, it asked me to do a hard reset.
Since then i am stuck up with the boot screen.
I can't get my Mobile back working.
i tried flashing with the Offical rom but of no use.
i have tried button rom, love rom. nothing works out.
without much knowledge i upgrade my spl & IPL to 3.08
now i am not able to downgrade that too.
tried flashing different roms but of no use, still it stucks up in the boot screen.
the only hope iam having is i am able to get into the boot loader.
I am not sure, where to post this thread, my appologize if i have posted in the wrong page.
below is the information i have on the screen
IPL 2.26
SPL 3.08
GSM 01.12.10
OS 1.5.4.2
Some one please help me out. i am very much worried, any help is very much appreciated. Thanks a bunch in advance !
dosai.
Have you tried flashing from the bootloader to an official rom?
thanks for reverting, i have tried that too, but of no use.
Sounds to me like you didn't run the Cert_SPCS and EnableRapi cab files before flashing with ShellTool. Being stuck at the splash screen is a dead giveaway.
I never did understand why someone would attempt to flash a ROM without doing ALL the steps. . .
i did ran Cert_SPCS and EnableRapi cab before running the shelltool. shell tool took around 10 mins to complete the update.after restart, my phone stucked up in the boot screen!. (i remember not unlocking the cid before proceeding with the shelltool) .
is there any way to get the mobile working i am too worried.
Solution
Hi, press and hold the CamShot Button and press the Power button, when you see a multi-color screen you can make a update again.
Hello all Im new here and have the same problem. I followed all the steps and followed all the instructions to fix this problem but nothing. I am stuck on the multi-color screen and i can't do nothing! HELPPPPPPPPPPPP!

My diamond keeps hard-reseting

hello
I don't know why but my diamond hard-resets itself with many of wm6.5 rom's.
This happens when the phone stops responding and i'm forced to do a soft-reset with the stylus. After rebooting the phone gets stuck in the splash screen or just begins installing the rom from the begining.
I upgraded the hardspl from 1.40Olinex to 1.93 but no changes.
Im afraid to shut it down or to soft-reset because i'll lose my new contacts and messages and any other stuff.
Any help will be very appreciated.
Thank you in advance
Rom: wm6.5 BSB P
dude you already lost your contacts, messages

Hi there... i too had this problem.
i tried a few roms and even a few of my own but the same problem with EVERY rom.. i finally fixed it but installing an official orange 1.93 stock rom.. left that on for a a week or so and no hard resets!!! soo... i flashed a 6.5 rom back on (USING MTTY this time) and its all working fine still (2 weeks now) somthing was screwed :/

htc touch p3450(ELFIN) problem

hey all!!!!!!!!!
i have a htc touch p3450 handset.
it had a WM6Pro OS in it.
I Flashed a rom (blue elves v5) to upgrade it to WM6.1.
I needed to restore all my contacts from my pc and so i used the sprite backup software.
I used the device upgrade mode so that only contacts should restore and nothing else.
But after restoration it restarted and stucked on the HTC welcome screen.
it is not proceeding even after several restarts and resets(soft and hard).
Plzzzz help me coz its my favorite handset.............
Hope someone will help me and find a method to get it right
The endless boot animation issue comes after you used the Sprite back up, right?
If so...re-install the ROM...make sure it's up and running and then connect your device to your PC and use Sync to transfer your info to your phone. Sprite back up will transfer weird files that will mess up the new ROM.
Cheers,
