Are you saying you want to take the ruusigned.nbh file (the actual rom) from the .exe files you sometimes get?
Open it with winrar and find the ruusigned.nbh file and drag it out

Did a quick searc and didn't find it...
Get cab file. Open with winzip. Look in _setup.xml file for the filenmes. extract all using winzip and rename according to the filenames in the _setup.xml.

yea, if you google how to extract the rom.zip from a ruu updater you will get all the files from the updater exe, copy all the files from the ruu and replace the rom.zip with the file you want to flash. its the closest i can get you
