1. Insert an unaccepted SIM card
2. Enter the pin code to SIM card
3. At the top of screen a "lock" symbol with the letters NET will appear
4. You will also be presented with the options "OK"; "Dismiss"
5. Press the "OK" option
6. Virtual keyboard appears on screen (the "Enter PIN" prompt may or may not appear).
7. Enter your 8-digit unlock code.
8. Your phone is now unlocked

Ok i do this but if i try again nothing is change, can you explain me what you want me to do?
Surely if you set all options to enabled, it'll enable ALL locks on the phone instead of disabling them?
After setting the "network lock" to disabled, when you enter that service menu again, it just automatically re-enables it again
Where can I find my unlock code
I have been reading the posts about this. I am on the Vodafone Dutch provider and want to unlock the i900 I have. Now, I have no idea where to find it and as you are the expert, can you help me?

Just been surfing about..now you will not get you unlock code until the i900 you have from your provider is more than a year old. So, unless you want to pay to have it done (+/- €40 here in NL) you will just have to patient!

This is for an I907. I imagine that if you are locked to a carrier to you call tech support and do something along these lines and go through the same process.
That is, assuming that you have some sort of account with the company that originally had your phone. I got my off ebay, but it was AT&T locked. Luckily I have an ATT account.
I called ATT support (611) pressed, 1, 5, 5, 0 (or something like that to get to a customer service person and said:
I am going to Hong Kong, a friend purchased a prepaid sim card for me. He said that I needed to call AT&T to ask for a subsidy unlock code to use my card over there.
They checked the imei and account code and then gave me my 8 digit number.
May not apply if you don't have an account with the locking company. Good luck.

Hi to all,
I've a problem with my Samsung Wave + my SIM (Vodafone).
I'm unable to register SIM in UMTS network of my operator but I can register correctly SIM in GSM network.
In service menu (#*197328640#) in idle SIM shows LIMITED SERVICE as message.
On NAS status it seems that PS attach is rejected with cause 0x6f.
My operator has tried to reset my SIM and substitute it with another but without success.
Problem is independent of cell. My SIM in another phone registers correctly in UMTS and in my phone another SIM of my operator works correctly.
It seems that only the combination of my phone (IMEI?) + my SIM (IMSI?) is unable to attach on UMTS network.
Phone is NOT SIM/Operator locked.
I've done a full reset of EEPROM (*2767*3585#) without success.
I've also reflashed with multiloader AMSS and other parts of fw related to WCDMA and RF, but still the same problem.
Integrity and Ciphering in service menu are [ON] so I exclude problem related to them.
I've started inspecting phone with QPST and RevSkills but I don't know NVItem mapping of Wave.
Someone had a similar problem and has found a solution?

I am currently on Cloudy g3 2.5 ROM and when in roaming i am getting incorrect operator name.
I am connected to IND airtel network (numeric ID 40470) but my device is showing this as AIRCEL. I checked by putting this SIM in different device and that is showing correct operator name.
So it seems issue with my device, anybody know how to get or reset to correct operator name.

i try to fix it when i try to tape any call or eveen command as *#7455625# or any other command i got error not registred on network the only one work is *#06#
when i go to setting other setting mobile network it wont access it asks insert sim card even the sim is there so other tablet can access in mobile network without sim
i find some code to see if the tablet is locked but all code not pass (not registred on network) i google it some say to go to setting mobile network and choose manual operator but it wont access in this mobile network menu it asks insert sim card to enter network services
other thing wheni scroll top menu in the bottom wrote emergency call only
i remove sim put ti again asks reboot to reconize sim after reboot no sim icon in the buttom
any help or suggestions will be really appreciated

Every time I scan the QR (or manually enter the LPA:1$ link) it just throws the same error: Error occurred. Please try again later. The QR/LPA does work on other phones (iPhone 13 and Pixel 5).
Provider blames Samsung, Samsung of course points to provider. Provider verified eSIM is active and they don't see any attempts to register an IMEI to the ICCID. Tried Network Reset, Factory Reset, no apps, all apps and more, to no avail.
Does anybody have any suggestion/troubleshooting tips?

For future reference; when selecting wrong country during OOBE/first-run; the modem seems to select wrong bands. Initially I chose English (UK), which didn't allow me to register an eSIM with the generic error. Full reset and first-run in local country/language allowed me to enroll eSIM. Changing system language afterwards doesnt appear to have affected functionality.
