Does anyone have this problem? Sometimes the phone is right, I put the phone on sleep/lock, and occasionally the time will come back completely off. I was late to class once because of this, and almost missed a movie competely because it was off by one hour.
I installed syncrhotime, it helps fix the problem to the correct time but I'd like my phone to be synced straight from Tmobile's servers, and remove the ability to manually change the time. I don't see that option possible?
where did u get that syncrotime from? i have time problems also

That is a ROM related issue, I eliminated with installing another ROM.
And donĀ“t forget to vote for Rhodium!
Is there any way to fix it from registry or it must need another rom?

I've been having the same problem, tried the advanced config and that didn't work.
yeah I can't figure this one out
I'm having the same issue with the official 6.5 T-Mobile US ROM. It doesn't happen every time I soft-reboot, but it happens most times. Annoying.
I end up flash to a new rom to fix this..
I had the same problem, but just today I realized it wasn't happening, but I be it will start again. Anyway, this guy seemed to have fixed this issue:

Thank you for that link. The cab file posted seems to have done the trick. And thanks a million times to Warlock for making the discovery and creating the cab file.
Same thing for me. For a while it wouldnt even hold my time zone. Kept moving me back to Arizona. I used Advanced Config and restored all defaults. Still get the time zone prompt on every soft boot but atleast it keeps me in Colorado now.
\m/ just ran through the thread above. Used cab2 and no more nagging time zone! You the man thanks!
Looks a good fix, but I wonder if I happen to travel to a different time zone will this fix makes my phone stay with the original time or will time still update as usual?
I have found in general that screen goes away on its own giving enough time. Also if I'm in an open area (easier access to satellite for location info) it doesn't come back.
I am wondering the same thing here.

Hi there,
I used odin and flashed stock kernel to obtain root.
At first I never got the 128 error, but then I flashed a diff. kernel to test it out and got the 128 error.
I flashed back to the stock kernel, but I'm still getting 128 error.
It doesn't prevent me from using my phone, but it's definitly annoying and I'd like to know if anyone else has been running into this?
Hi all,
Am i the only one getting this!!?
Is this the same as LOS people speak of?
The issue is that it throws the 128 error (login failed) maybe 2-5 times... while I get the error I notice there is no 3G icon.
Once the 3G icon shows up, the 128 error goes away.
This wasn't happening before root b ut I've noticed since.
Can anyone please shed light?
Thanks
I would try updating your profile

Done that numerous times...
Even unrooted back to 100% stock NO Root and got the code.
Went to a sprint store and showed them and they told me they wouldn't exchange the phone as that's a network issue (not the device).

I'm starting to wonder if this actually might be caused by Juice Defender.
I'm wondering if it's got somethign to do with a setting that controls 3G/wifi.
I need to look at the settings again, but I'm guessing there is one that might prefer ...
wait, nevermind... I disable juice defender as I was typing this and rebooted...
Still getting the error!!!
It pops up about 3 times (during this time there is no 3g icon) then the 3g icon appears and the error goes away...
NO ONE IS HAVING THIS ISSUE?
I've seen it before. Have no clue why but it went away.
try punching ##72786# into the dialer and after you say ok or yes or whatever let the phone do its thing. It will reboot and update everything. See if this fixes it?

I have not done this... I just did and will see if it makes a difference.

Let me know if it does work. Because I get that error and error 34 sometimes, usually at night and they make me want to toss the phone across the room. I haven't figured out exactly the cause or the solution.

but after you get it... a few minutes (if even) later it goes away and your 3g icon is back, right?

Last few days, I get a data roaming notice, even in areas that should not be roaming areas. I press the button to not roam. I disable 3G, then re-enable, and I get the 128 error pop-up several times in a row. Then it's good for an unknown amount of time, could be hours, could be 2 mins until another roaming notice.

I'm not sure about the 3g icon. I'll report back next time it happens, but yes it does just go away after popping up multiple times in a row.
Hi guys, I'm having a problem with my xperia play when trying to record conferences.
My camera stops after 10 minutes of recording everytime, it even shows the timer backwards when it's the last minute, I was wondering if there is any way to lift this limitation.
I'm currently using the default camera application that comes with 2.3.4 North America generic ROM.
I got a 12GB memory card with around 3.2GB free and the video files take up to 400mb per 10 minutes, so the space shouldn't be a problem here.
Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hmm I wasn't aware that the phone had a sleep option, I can't seem to find it. Only time outs I could find if the screen display which is set to 30 seconds, so I guess that's not it.
Where can I find the options to disable the phone from sleeping?
Thanks.
Actually thats probably what I was thinking.
One thing you could try, when it gets close to 10 minutes, push a button on your phone, nothing to make it stop recording, maybe the settings button, just something to make sure it isn't a problem like this.

I did that and the phone responded perfectly, even changed some options while recording but it still stops at 10 minutes. The strange thing is when it gets to minute nine the counter changes backwards to count 1 minute in red numbers then it stops recording.
Maybe try a different phone app?

Every now and then my phone shows the wrong time. I have to reset it and it fixes, but it has become a nuisance because it will do it in the middle of the night and my alarm goes off.
The phone is stock with the latest update.
I've searched google and the forums to no avail. Maybe I've been using the wrong search words. Any help will be much appreciated.

Did you checked Settings-Date and time-Automatic date and time? Just try to set the date and time by yourself not automatic.

I had this problem back when I first got the Note 2 on both my wife and I's phones.
All I can say is, I hope it's as simple as the previous poster mentioned in your case because I spent a month tinkering with settings, letting Sprint techs do some tinkering themselves, and completely wiping and upgrading the ROM on one phone to no avail.
Good luck!
In the end, one phone suddenly started keeping time for no apparent reason and a month later the other one did as well. Huge pain since the time shifts are unpredictable.

I toggled the automatic setting but have not set the time manually.

Hello there,
I've searched this problem over google for several times now, with no results hitting the problem i seem to have.
In depth, the problem is so:
Whilst in a call, after t (a certain amount of time which is not fixed) time (it can be seconds or minutes), I suddenly stop hearing the other person, and the phone won't respond to any attempts of hanging up myself. after a few more seconds frozen there's a *pwahh* sound and it hangs up.
any ideas what could this be?

Hi Almog,
I live in Israel also and have LG G4 H815L also.
I don't have the problem you mentioned.
Maybe the problem is with your cellular carrier. Try to insert different SIM card (from different carrier) and see if the problem continues, if yes, try to factory reset your phone.

I'll try it. But if it doesn't work? what might cause such problems?
After a bit of cunsoltion someone told me it might be a motherboard issue, could it be so?

first of all when did this problem started?(played with the theme on your phone ?changed icon pack? after you installed certain app? updated software?changed battery(not from the 2 you got with the phone) ? changed you screen protector lately? switched network?played with the dialer settings?did you update any application?changed any thing?)
basically if you dont think you have done any of the above just do factory reset...but before you do that download cpu z make sure all of the 6 cores are up and that the clock speed is 384 Mhz - 1.82Ghz if it does not show that you probably have a problem with the motherboard..(although you can still have a problem even if it does show its not an official indicator lol)
some of those thing might sound stupid but...when it started is the key to this.
honestly i would start with place the original battery than check if i have the correct network settings than cpu z than roll back anything i touched to default(settings and theme) than check if i disabled any app/service that might be needed than shut down background applications (1 by 1 ) after that uninstalling applications(1 by 1) after that factory reset after that take off the screen protector(which he might be even a little over the proximity sensor and than it will make the phone go crazy) and than send it to LG to fix it.

well, i obviously changed things on my phone if change means to download an app and update it once in a while..
i've tried to switch SIMs with a friend who's using a different carrier and it didn't happen, although today it didn't happen.. i'll try getting a new SIM card, and if that doesn't work i'll try factory reset, and if THAT doesn't work than i'll send it to LG.
the hussle of checking each individual setting change is to damn big.

i just hate factory reset ,because when you think you got all the apps you had installed suddenly when you need an app the most you realize that you forgot to reinstall it. lol
i know you can backup your apps but i always forget to do that.
but you are right , check individual app could be frustrating, but you can eliminate default apps or common apps such as facebook or whatsapp and such because if they were the source to the problem they will probably fix it in a day or two and you would see more people complaining about it.
