I've purchased a HTC HD2 today and i'm trying to customize the today screen.
- How to display many appointment ? By default, there's only one on the today screen
- How to skip the favorites contacts and go directly to the full list ?
- How to remove the big clock display ?
- How to remove the photo display during a call (to give more space to the name) ?

Hi everyone, I just got a XDA Orbit to replace a XDA Atom Exec+bluetooth gps.
So far so good, hard to believe this device is almost as fast as a 512Mhz one..
I've installed everything I had on the Atom but since the Orbit has a little bar at the bottom with a battery indicator and an icon to lauch the comm manager my today screen doesn't fit and I get an annoying scroll bar on the right hand side.
Is there any way to remove the bottom bar? I don't really need it.

On my Orbit, the menu item shows icons for :-
Battery / Screen Rotate / Comm Manager / Brightness / GPS update / Mouse
Is this the same on yours? If so;

Look for "HTCHomeplug" (on my device anyway)

Thanks Jeff, but I don't have anything like that on the items list under today settings. The only selected are Spb Mobile Shell, Pocket Plus and Spb Diary. The same I used to have in the atom.

Thanks, but unfortunately didn't work, got an error message.
I finally got rid of it by hard-restarting it and soft restarting when I got the message saying the o2 software was about to install.
I hope I didn't miss anything by doing this. Seems like a clean device now, no custom apps in it.

does anyone know the location and name of the graphic used for the lock screen background. The percentage of iphone users is very high in the design office and I'm the only wm user.
I have a lovely anti apple graphic (umbunto supplied) and would like it as a screen saver but as i cant fond a way to do that the lock screen would be the next best thing.

which lockscreen do you mean?
WM6.5 Lockscreen?
Or any other Programm like S2U2?
WM 6.5 uses the windows background screens as background can change them by overwriting:
\windows\stwater_480_800.jpg (for Portrait)
\windows\stwater_800_480.jpg (for Landscape)
(perhaps need to restart after)
S2U2 (which you shouldn't use as antiapple user ;-) )

Using std UK rom.
The screen I refer to is the one that you use to unlock the device. Not the default background.
I cant upload pics from work but the screen is graduated light gray to white (at the bottom) with an unlock button middle right, and the text To unlock the device, tap "unlock"

Long time since I flashed away from 6.1, but I believe you can change the wallpaper (for 6.1, the unlock screen but not TF3D) by going to settings>Today and ticking the box next to 'Use this picture as the background' and browsing to your pic.

After uninstaling CHT2 (where i made changes with lockscreen) my Manila interface load some original lockscreen (on screen attached).
I was suprised becouse its look pretty well. Only arrange of slider and clock is not comfortable but idea is great.
My question is:
How to switch between new-manila and windows-original lockscreens?
How to find display files to modify place of those graphics/fonts?

* delete custom word in value

Funny. I got set ...\CustomLockScreen.dll and like we see - lockscreen is windows default.

I justed started making my first Theme with Themer and so far everything works just fine.
I'm currently creating a Musicplayer zooper widget and came across 2 Questions:
1. Is it possible to Crop the albumart into a certain shape. circle, rounded rectangle etc ? Or do i have to use layered bitmaps to realize that ?
2. Is there anyway to tell the Object in the widget to "listen" to the Tap event ? I want some of the widgets to be invisible until tapped on.
(while typing this crossed my mind: would a fade_in and _out be possible ?)

Check out Media utilities. Go through it's settings. Out does everything you asked for in combination with Zooper

I have a HTC M9 ROOTED and I'm disappointed in the number of blank panels that contains this phone ( only 5 without Blinkfeed ) . There are so many useful widgets to add to the menu there, one is quickly limited. How can I add blank panels ?
