ramap calendar tab on touch flo3d
anyone can help me?
this is proving to be a task...are you wanting the left soft key to switch to agendaone or the right...not sure if im able to do this but im looking into it
without hacking deeply in the registry, a workaround is just to put your app under the PROGRAMS TAB.
it's not the solution you want, but this was what I had to do with Goodlink.
Dont know if there's a way to redirect all the agenda items from 3rd party into the native Calender.. or some other means...

Unfortunately what youre asking for cannot be done
In AgendaOne go to Menu>Options>View All Options>Global Settings
Change "Use as Default Calendar" to "Yes", then when you use the Calendar soft key it will bring up AgendaOne.
Can also reassign PTT key to launch AgendaOne
These were my workarounds for that. Hope it helps

Now is there a way of having one of the buttons go straight to running programs?

Go to start>settings>system>softkey and you can then choose which application you wish to assign to left or right softkey. To get the calendar working properly on either softkey you will need to reg edit.
go to \HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Today\Keys\112
and change:- windows\lsk\htccalendar.exe
to:- windows\lsk\calendar.exe
but wm6 there's no "running programs" application to be put there
Any way to add "recent programs" to the home screen for WM6.1 "sliding panels"?
Hey, folks! 1st time post here (I think!)
Anyhow, I upgrade my Dash to the Kavana WM6.1 ROM last week. I *really* like the sliding panels home screen layout. Super useful, if you ask me! I was wondering, though, if anyone knew how to add "Recent Programs" as on of the sliding panel plugins? I've opened the "SlidingPanel.home.xml" file and found the plugins section for the home screen order. It has...
<Plugins Order="CClock;CHome;CAppointments;CWelcomeCenter;CWindowsLive;Settings" />
So...I'm assuming that there might be some plugin like "CRecentPrograms" that I can add. Does anyone know what the plugin would be, or info on how to get the Recent Programs in there, if possible?
Thanks!
Yip
Unfortunately, there's nothing like that available right now. The next best thing is creating a panel with your most used applications. Search around here a little bit and you'll find it.
That is a good idea, however. Does anyone know how the MRU lists works? where it is stored, how it is called? Perhaps we could cobble it together.

I think its stored in the registry under the shell - I will look for the key later
I'd agree that this would be nice to have. Really the only thing I miss about WM6.0. I'll poke around and see if I can find it as well.
The data is stored under HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Shell\StartMRU
I'm not sure what to do with it from there though as far as creating a panel/plugin for it. If anyone could point me in a direction I'm willing to try to do it.
I would love to have this plug-in as well.
You do realize that depending on where you try and put that in the home screen, your one button click away from your recent programs list in wm6.1? Otherwise you'd be 4 to 5 clicks if you added a panel to the home screen.

That's true, of course, but it's what I prefer. I had the "Recent Programs" on my home screen in WM5.0 and WM6.0, and would like it back while still keeping the *wonderful* sliding panels UI.
Also, I would really prefer to have "All Programs" be the default when I hit the Start menu button. I know I can do that now, but then I lost the Recent Programs feature altogether.
Someone raised a good point, though: is there a way to create a home screen "panel" that features a handful of links to programs that I specify? That might actually be better, in my case.

Thank you, that's been mentioned before in this thread. It could also be one click away on the home screen, depending on where the panel is located. At worst, you wouldn't have to use it.
IMO, it's not that much different than having the CLinks on there, except instead of it being static, it's dynamic. I think it's worthwhile to have on the home screen if possible.

Only shows entries for allocating calendar and agenda. I need the specific wording so it takes me to the equivalent of the old manila programs tab which is now the new start menu with the Rhodium packages as my new start menu has disappeared (Long story).
Is there anyone know how to develop a Titanium Plugin which can host Traditional Today Plugin?
cheers.
i'd like that too
Hey its a good idea!
is there any developer can help?
Great idea.
But i am using the tripod method from one of the threads on ppcgeeks.
I have windows titanium as default plugin and tf3d2 on detacher mapped to left soft key which takes me to touchflo. And there i have left soft key to take me back to titanium and right key for second today. So i just keep going back and forth as i need too.
If anybody is interested then i will post the files and steps for setting it up.

1. Disable all plugins from the today settings
2. Install second today cab
3. TFDetacher cab
4. Soft reset and enable titanium from the today settings
5. Right soft key for clock plugin will be directed to tf3detacher. Clicking it will take you to tf3d2 back and forth. You can set the left and right key combination for both windows and tf3d under tf3detacher.
One thing what i have noticed is that if you map the left windows key to tf3d2 it wont retain after a SR, that option can only be setup using Showaco CHome Editor. Let me know if you want that setup too.
Credit goes for this goes to the guy over PPCGeeks. Enjoy.

In that case you just install the secondtoday and have all your today plugins showing in second today screen. It works that way too.
there is MTP already, which is better than second today in my opinion. MTD can host any Today Plugin in a new Tab page in Manila.
see here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=508102)
What i suggest is to port MTD to Titanium. Is there anyone know how to do?
cheers.

Yes please really good to have this, any one has this already please?
Any news about this very good idea ?
I guess no movement here.. I still use SPB Pocket Plus because I don't want to give up my various (now legacy) Today screen plugins, but I'd like to check out Titanium. TF3D is cute but not very useful beyond that IMO...
I know custom tabs for Manila has been discussed many times before, including one for tasks. But my question is different - is there a way to add tasks on home tab? Like replacing the call history or calendar entries. That's the only thing I've always missed in Manila - seeing if I have any active/due tasks right after I unlock my screen.
None interested?!
I'm definitely interested! I have no idea how to do it but I would love to see it. I've thought about this many times.
Well, obviously it makes only two of us. It seems is either unwanted and/or impossible..
+1 pls.
Sorry I have no clue how to do this
Yup, +1 here, makes 4.......
I don't know of a possibility to add tasks, but you can use this
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=602221
You can place a today plugin, like TodayAgenda or some other Tasks app. to cover up for example the calendar part on the home screen. Or you can add it to the Operator tab.

This is actually pretty straight forward if you follow the steps correctly. This is the way I did it to put messaging on the home screen.
Install the 2D TodayPage cab
Stop TouchFlo (Start > Setting > Home > Items and unselect TouchFlo)
Soft reset (may not be necessary but better in my mind)
Run M2Dtp config from programs page
Press and hold the red area next to plugins lable
Select Tasks (or whichever you want)
Leave Window at Window_00
Set x=10 y=240 w=220 h=60
Choose M2D widget page (Home)
press apply
press menu
press OK
Start TouchFlo (Start > Setting > Home > Items and select TouchFlo)
Switch to another tab then back to home and it should be there.
NOTE: You may need to experiment with the X (Left) ,Y (Top),W (Width), and H (Height) but they should place your plugin right after the calendar
How about Sense2.5.1922
Yeah.. well, I am more interested in latest Manila 3D - Sense 2.1/2.5. Apologies for not specifying that. Adding it to the title.
I change the right soft-key of the Home tab in my Sense 2.1 to "Tasks"..
So, if I want to see my tasks, I just tap the right soft-key..
I would also really like to get Outlook Tasks incorporated into Sense!
As part of the 'home tab', the 'calendar tab' or as a separate 'tasks tab'; either, some or all are fine with me ;-)
It surprises me that Microsoft has downplayed Outlook Tasks in WinMo. In Outlook it is easily accessible and a really useful tool for 'appointments or To-Do's that are not strictly time-specific'. That at least is how I use tasks.
Therefore it is really annoying that you have to open a separate app (either MS' own or something like pTasks) to access them in WinMo.
To have Outlook Tasks show up in the calendar I have to use a full-blown program like Pocket Informant.
It's also strange to me that HTC has overlooked the incorporation of Outlook Tasks in their otherwise excellent Sense-UI!
I'm even surprised that the great programmers frequenting this fine forum seemingly does not think that Outlook Tasks is worth incorporating into Sense.
Apart from the ease of access that comes with incorporation into Sense it would also enhance the general 'user experience' to be able to access Outlook Tasks in the same UI that lets you access the other Outlook-functions like mail and calendar!
Hopefully someone will recognize this 'oversight' and remedy the situation soon ;o)
Does anybody know how to make Tasks beeing displayed on home tab? (the way appointments and other calendar entries are)
Shortcut to Tasks is not the way out - it would be perfect to have 'to do list' always on, under the clock

I'm about to remove Sense from my device and go back to WM today screen just because I can see tasks...
I agree to the best solution I found is installing pTask and make shortcut on the homescreen.
