[Q] Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 SM-T217S

Hi everyone. Maybe someone could help me with my problem.
I live in Germany and purchased the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 SM-T217S on ebay.com in the US.
The thing is, that this Tablet has a simlock which allows only to use SRPINT Simcards.
I would like to use it with my local German O2 Simcard.
Is there a way how to unlock the tablet? I have already checked the software which is provided on the website unlockclient.co but it doesn't support this device.
I would be so thankfull if someone could help me with that.

even if you unlock it, the t217s doesn't do gsm. you could try flashing the t217a or t215 firmware and then doing whatever you would do to unlock that tablet... of that doesn't work you're probably out of luck.

How do I unlock a galaxy s4 (SCH-R970)

I'm just wondering if anyone knows how to unlock a galaxy s4 from us cellular. I've tried the code method and nothing happens. I heard I could root it and install a ROM but idk if that would work. Can someone please help
