I was wondering if any1 has tried these bluetooth stereo headphones with the new qtek rom and how well they work compared for example to the Motorola BT820.
I was also wondering if the Jabra headphones would work with the motorola dc800 base station?
Thanks in advance
Sorry if this sounds a daft question, but I have a Motorola HS810 which I am looking to replace.
Does anyone know of a replacement which would also support A2DP - or is this standard only available on the twin earphone type headsets.
Hi
I have bluetooth stereo headset Motorola S705 SoundPilot and HP rw6815 Personal Messenger.
At the moment, sound in headset is very dirt.
Is there anybody who knows, how it can be fixed?
Rgds.
i looked everywhere but i did not find anything. can gnex stream music to bluetooth devices with apt-x? htc one-x has it according to their website.
so, is it possible to integrate it via kernel or library file or is it a hardware thing?
i really like to listen my flacs loseless with my samsung hs3000 bluetooth headset. appearently with apt-x, music quality is like a wired headset ( according to samsung website)
if anybody wants more information, check this wiki page for apt-x
Anyone? I think this would be a great improvement for our phones. But it seems nobody has an information on this. I will research more and if i find anything, i ll let everybody know here.
Pretty niche question I guess given the lack of replies but one I'd like to know the answer to as I'd like to stream audio out to a QED uPlay using this codec. If you find anything would appreciate if you post back.

This guy seems to be having good luck improving avrcp to the GNex. I doubt many people are aware of the Apt-X codec.
here is an interesting read on future of apt-x
Is HTC's StereoClip The Future of Bluetooth Audio?
I would also love to know whether this is possible or not. Were you able to get any clarification?
Thanks!
Can't find an answer to this question, too.
If the Nexus would provide apt-x, it would be my new phone.
EDIT: It seems, that Bluetooth 3.0 is good enough for apt-x, so I guess there's no hardware limitation for the Nexus.
@ the Coders: Plz implement the apt-x Codec into the Nexus. I wanna stream hq-music to hq-speakers
Doesn't look good

Awesome post. I've got into this Apt-x thing, as I hate bluetooth (for audio). What a totally lame idea it is for any kind of quality. I just refuse to use it. Not only does it sound terrible, but it's a pain to use. Now comes this apt-x thing, which seems like a good step, but limited acceptance.
BTW, the Foxl is awesome, and now with this apt-x it's even better. Unfortunately, it costs a WHOLE lotta cash. But 'maybe' worth it. I have the v2 and really like it. it's unbelievable what this can do. I'm going to be getting the Galaxy note 10.1, so it's good to see that at least has it. I was hoping my Nexus 7 would, but alas it's not so.
Is there a possibility now for Gnex? BT3 is good enough and Samsung has licensed apt-x (works on S3)
BTW, the Foxl is awesome, and now with this apt-x it's even better.

Hi
Could it be the future is just a software port?
Any help from a developer welcome:

Hi guys, I’ve just bought myself a new car with Bluetooth handsfree built in.
Unfortunately this is handsfree only and doesn’t support audio streaming… .
I’m fitting an aftermarket solution to run an aux cable into the head unit but I’d rather have a Bluetooth connection.
So my question is, if I put a Bluetooth audio receiver on the end of the aux cable will I be able to connect my note 2 to both the Honda Bluetooth for calls and the Bluetooth audio receiver (don’t know which one to buy yet, simultaneously?
Would really appreciate your help with this one!
