I've flashed my P3300 with the PDAMobiz_P800W_AKU301_v1.1.2_PowerMap ROM.
Most things are working great except I don't seem to have any trace of wifi, that is, nothing in the comm manager nor anywhere else.
Any advise is appriciated.
BTW - if anyone can recommend another stable ROM instead....

I'm quite new in this forum.
I' using a Orange SPV M650.
I tried the Aje_fr 1.80 Rom but it appears to be to much heavy for a professional daily use.
I liked to use HTC Home Plugin but i did'nt like to use contact manager.
So i decided to bring my configuration back to an Htc Rom (HTC_P3300_FRA_3.13.406.1_4.1.13.44_02.94.90_Ship_R). I steel have a problem with the GPS.
I tried to use Kulbutor Patch for SPV and soft reset my PDA without any success.
I would appreciate if you could help me to :
- bring my GPS to a functional one
- find the cab to use AGPS+
- find the cab to install HTC Home plugin V2

Does B&B4.3 for artemis / P800 ? the buttons are different..
M700 got different buttons alocation. No GPS.
I'm looking for WM6.1 Vanilla specific for Dopod M700 only

I'm using Dopod M700 too.
You can use Black & Blue 4.3 or 5.0 (but 4.3 is better) or the best one is Artemis Touch 4.01 (or maybe 4.02 better, I'm testing 4.02).
All of them work good with GPS
Those ROM is for Artemis & Dopod M700 is Love, so you have to change the button setting, it is so easy.
Ok, I found the Dopod P800W CHT Rom from somewhere and flashed my Dopod M700 by editing the hex file to match the Model ID. However, after flashing the Dopod P800W CHT Rom, my Dopod doesn't show EDGE connection but just GPRS. I'm sure that it was EDGE connection with my previous ROM. Anyone know how to get back to EDGE connection? My previous ROM and current ROM are:

Even I flashed the radio Rom to 03.07.90 or 03.12.90, the connection still at GPRS status. Even the Model of P800W and M700 are EDGE unabled in Taiwan. Therefore, I don't know why the EDGE doesn't appear on my connection.

You need to update the SPL to 1.11.0000 in order to flash/update your Dopod M700. you need to go to service mode and using usb cable to update it.

Hi ... Did u fix your m700 ... i have flash this rom and right now i encounter the same issue here..
I try to copy the rom in the micro sd and try to boot up " press " recorder and reset " from SD to write back the rom ... but still not work.... hang in another screen have red,green and blue color ...help help..

if you brick your device you have to copy the original ROM into your SD.. and format your SD with FAT system file.. and then if you press the record botton and the reset and don't work.. try to press the record and the power while your mobile is off.

i have already update the spl to 1.11... btw, can u let me know how to go to serivce mode ..... coz right now i try to use usb cable to connect the pc... no response.... help help

Thanks for your information... I have work on this machine over 10 hrs to search over the forum here.... at last i can flash it when i press record and reset button and at the same time connect with usb cable ...... after that i can flash it thru PC ...........

Hi,
i got a problem with my pda whan i want to use wifi...I can' activate it :
with com manager i click on WLAN, WLAN come gray while pda is calculating and wifi come back to off ;o( same result in setting/wifi...
Did someone know this problem, a way to resolve it or a way to diagnostic it ?

- originaly SPV M3100 orange with wm5 rom
- official update to wm6
- flash and unlocking to schap's wm6 pro 3.57a (1st wifi problem)
- flash to schap's wm6 pro 4.31 (same problem)

open you registry editor.goto HKLM>Software>HTC>CommManager>WLAN>DeviceName
open it up and make sure the end of the command is "\TIACXWLN1"

Check the WAN card still has a MAC address listed, I had an issue where it dissapeared and had to hack the Rom to get it back, if that's the case have a search on here for the thread which had all the instructions to resolve it.

again i am asking for help. I have got here an Orange I780. I have unlocked it and now i am using it with my SIM. I have also flashed the only german ROM I have been able to find here but it is still providerlocked to Orange, i can´t change the internet settings so i can´t use the mobile internet on it.
Is there any ROM here i can use which will allow me to use the mobile internet? I have been reading here the last few days but didn´t really find an answer that helps. Preferably in german but ebglish is fine too as long as i can change the keyboard language into german.
Which is the newest stable WWE ROM for the i780?

i guess you can give heroes 1.1 rom a shot....seems like the best and most stable wm6.1 rom i've used. It never crashes for days together....
