yep, of course you can install wm6.5. Look around in these forums, you might find a rom to do that. search under the name i900 wm6.5 as some of them refer it as the i900 instead of the omnia.
Worst case, you can always learn how to cook your own wm6.5 rom, its not so hard

Call me stupid, but I have searched around ALOT on this forum for an answer to my question but have yet found any relevance to what I am looking for.
I want to start cooking my own Artemis ROM's. As far as I have read the easiest way is by using something called HyperCore kitchen. Now, I've started using this, but have found out afterwards that cooked ROM's available to download on here, cannot be extracted properly so as to be able to make one of them custom for what I want.
And as there is no official WM6.1 ROM for the Artemis, I am at a loss.
Basically, what I am asking to do, is to find out how to port a Kaiser WM6.1 official ROM so that it would be usable on the Artemis. Alternatively, perhaps find out what files are required from the Kaiser ROM to make the official WM6 Artemis ROM into WM6.1.
I hope I haven't confused you all. Any help would be greatly appreciated, maybe from bepe, tom_codon, Anja, NhatHoa? Any of you guys still about these days?

I have looked everywhere. I have used the search, the wiki, google! I can't find any reference anywhere that explains to me how I can properly make a WM6.1 ROM for my Artemis using the required 6.1 files from a Diamond ROM.

Start off with a base ROM first instead of porting. Porting can get very tricky and complicated. I'm currently in the attempt of porting a ROM (for the Hermes) and let me tell you, it's not easy. If you want to know more, i can show you what i'm doing via IM (faster) or here.

Why not read the other 6.5 treads? This rom has been posted and discussed already, along with another 6.5 rom from the pdaviet forums. It would be sweet to keep all 6.5 stuff in one thread, I also don't see the need to open new threads about this. Use the search, or better, just check the threads on the first page :O

There is no official release for shipped rom for Love.
That thread is from a rebuild love dump i think, but it's not 100% garantied.

Hi, I am new to this forum. I recently bought one HTC Touch Diamond, now its running on WM 6.1. I want to upgrade it to WM 6.5. I have gone through several posts, but i didnt understand them. Could anyone please help me out with a complete set of programs/utilities needed for an upgrade.

well, before posting, please look at the second post of this forum (Diamond rom developpment)

6.5 is a completely new OS so your going to have to install Hard SPL (link in post above)
after that your free to download any chef Roms (don't Ask which one is best because people REALLLY don't like those kind of questions here)
just try a few out see how you like them, or if your feeling up to the challenge download a kitchen and create your own custom 6.5 rom
(PS. Rom = the OS + any programs/tweaks added
kitchen = the tools needed to create a Rom
cooking = the act of using the tools from the kitchen to create a custom rom)
I would like to know how do I change my windows 6.1 italian version to english. I have visited many websites but still can not find the answer or the way to do that, or i guess the website to find the 6.1 english version,,help!!!

As this is an HTC devices only forum you won´t get too much atention, however in off topic there is a thread regarding samsung, you´ll need to reflash to another ROM in your desired languaje.
