Currently my mobile has WM5. Please anybody tell me how to upgrade my mobile to WM6 through Storage Card cuz my mobile is not connect with PC.

ERROR 270 image file is corrupted
Dear seniors please give me the instruction to upgrade my p3400 wm5 to wm6.1 because i run the gene_wm6.1 ruu but it will show error 270 image file is corrupted please check your upgrade utility..after 2% succefull complete,(cid unlocked already done,splash1 splash2 also copied to windows & installed the mda3_boot image).. please help me please please please.........

After upgrading to wm 6.1 my device just stay in a white screen showing onbl: 1.07.0000, spl:1.07.oref, gsm:02.79.90, os: 1.7.0.0 ,is this upgraded? And if upgraded then please say me why the white screen remain ? And how i recover my mobile gene 100

I was trying to upgrade my P3400 to 6.1 but I have a few problems
-the device doesn't start now...
but it does start when I press & hold camera and start it ... a screen with 3colors(red,green,blue) and every time I run the romUPDATEutility I get all kind of errors mainly I get [ERROR [300]: INVALID UPDATE TOOL]
I don't know much about wb system
but any one can help me with this problem

I got a new Airtel 2G Indian HTC Diamond, I installed 1.30.Olinex HardSPL and installed sucessffully. Now I want to add radio 25.05 and some good OS like Boinger2.1 and so on. I am using Win VIsta everytime it stucks at 0%. Please guide me how to proceed. If the HardSPL is wrong please point me to the right download.

Your are using the signed hard spl. For install boinger rom use the unsigned version. Here is the link, follow the instructions.

hey thnx a lot dude.. i'm downloading the newer version!! i hope i get it all right and if i dnt then can i restore the factory setting.. as in if i do something wrong, then i can make it right myself i'm a lil afraid..
and one more thing please.. i didnt get the htc software cd which comes with a brand new phone.. u got any idea where can i download these files with which u connect ur phone to the pc..

No need to get that CD, just download Active Sync if you have Windows XP, or Windows Mobile Device Center for Vista or Win 7 and that´s it!
If you follow instructions all should be ok with your upgrade.

MS don´t offer WM updates for end users so you have to await updates from vendors like HTC. But don´t wait for additional Artemis updates...
The last available official ROM for the Artemis is WM6.0. But be careful with USPL. The original version will brick your phone when you flash a custom firmware.

If you have already changed the USPL you can start with WM6.5
...
only if SPL is 1.11.cmon
if you don't have that SPL at device start-up, don't try flashing with a rom..
