Oh man your'e NUTS.... LOL LOL...

you must have really big pockets ;-)

OMG!
10Ah jumbo battery DIY, great work, yeah pockets must be very big to take this with u when moving

wtf? that is ridiculous. i mean, the capacity is impressive but it really looks like a bomb but nice work though, plus it seems to be a good stand too, so you can watch hours and hours of video...

oh my god,
is it bomb? or Blue Angel.
any body here be care full there is bomb BA.
but really nice 10A of battery,it will still for 10 days without charging it.
but how u carry it?in ur pocket?or hold it on ur belt? they will thought u as suicide,
it isnot good idea to carry these tow bombs any where.

Under that same concept, you could wire your BA to your car battery you will have a BA that runs on gasoline. You get more horsepower, but the drawback is that you damage the enviornment
Good God! Some people are either really creative or really need a new hobby (or bigger pockets as noted in a few more comments)

Look like a bomb !!!!!!!!!
Boom!!!!!!!!!!!
Every one are afraid off this one, this bomb when show it on coffe Shop
Oh,Those pictures are made by PDAVIET MEMBER,SO GOOD,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HAHAHHAHAH!!!!!
COOOOOOL!!! I've been thinking about making something like this, but didn't know how to make a case for the batteries. Now I need I don't need a case!!! This thing looks perfect!!! I'll put only 3 batteries, should be enough

New HTC model - Bomb Angel

Here's another one I just couldn't wait
(There's also a picture of my old waterproof case)

water proof case?or what?it is naughty idea.

woohoo, what a waterproof case

Ribbed and dotted I've tried it underwater, and it works great! You can even use camera... (that was with the normal battery)

never tried this way to use it (the "case") but seem's to be comfortable, even if a bit slippery

don't think wrong, it isn't

LOL, now i have seen it all. but mind you ingenius to say the least, but a better solution would have been to hook that same battery pack with the power adapter that comes with the Blue Angel, and let it charge the internal battery. they've made similar devices for the ipods and iphones for awhile now letting you talk and use the phoe while charging the internal battery. and not look like your carrying an explosive charge hahaha
But well done on the implementation!

few questions about TP2...

I'm about to buy a TP2 and 'till then I have a few questions...
1. I plan to use this phone in my car a lot... navigation and stuff... the thing is... if I put it horizontaly (landscape) will I see something if I wear polarized sunglasses?... with my actual phone (e71) if i turn it 90 degrees I see nothing...
2. voice dialing... I saw there are many problems with this... my question... is there an aplication to voice dial like nokia phones do (s60 3rd)?... I mean to just recognize the name in the agenda... and not having to asign tags to each contact?...
that's it for now... thanks...
no one?...
another one?... how is the responsivness of the phone app?
2. Voice Command (or whatever its called) is true voice dialing, you don't have to set up any tags. To access it you just hold down the SEND/TALK key. It also recognizes other commands too, such as openning programs.
how it is in size comparing to the tytn I?... i wanna buy but in my area there is no shop displaying it on the shelf... only by order... and i hate to buy something without ”feeling” it!...

today i was about to buy it... i went down to a shop that had it... but there i changed my mind... the box was unsealed... the original screen protection was weird... i mean full of bubles between it and the screen... like it was taken off and re applied... but the worse was that the tilting mechanism had a powerfull click sound when tilting off the screen... is this normal?... anyway i was a bit dissapointed with it... i remember when i saw my tytn or my e71 i was the happiest man on earth... today wasn't like this... the phone felt like those replicas they put in shops on the shelves... i may be mistaken... but i don't know... i have to see another one live before i buy it... if i will buy it...
i don't now... it felt cheap... not sturdy at all... i cannot belive this... i thought this was the one... for about to weeks i think i read all about it and watched all clips on youtube with this phone...
It´s a great device!
Once you have it on your hands you´ll realize that is the best actual device with hardware keyboard on the market definitely!
mine didn't have the clicking sound. No idea if others do but I don't think so. It's supposedly a big phone but it really doesn't feel that big to me. Longer and wider than my last one but also slightly slimmer. It feels like a good size in my hands. Try to find another one. Plus, the one you mentioned sounded used.

No clicking on mine.
Aggreed, feels "just right" when in your hand.
sounded used??? more like abused, trashed, etc.
itțs a lot of money... and when i realised the box was already opned I was pissed off... i have seen a lot of unboxing videos on youtube... and none of the devices unboxed had the original screen protector (the one with the warning message) full of bubbles beneath...
tomorrow i wanna make an online order... at least I think... may be i”ll change my ming... who knows.... the thing is that ițm quite happy with my e71 till know.... but still that huge screen is tempting....

Ghetto Dock 1.0

So i realized i had a problem.. i had no dock. I saw some other self made docks around the forum and realized i didn't have any of the supplies So i made my own.
Required:
1 red cup
2 Screws
1 push pin
2 Screw anchors (thx MV10 for clearing that up )
Basically place the cup upside down, place the two screws equally apart on the bottom, place the two screw holsters on the sides of the push pin (mine fit fairly snug actually) then find the spot you'd like to angel your phone with and place it in, put the phone on and verify you like how it feels (might take a few adjustments here and there). Enjoy
I know it's extremely ghetto but hey it's labor day, and i'm at work (sucks) and there was nothing to do!
Attached is an image of the final product.
Sure it's ghetto, but it works and I'll bet you weren't bored for about half an hour finding the supplies and putting it together. Plus you can feel self satisfied whilst you watch your video

Sooo True! the cool thing about this is, the bezel on the phone actually kinda locks into the screws...the only funny thing is when i get a text the entire cup starts moving rofl.. Watching Kick-Ass on it right now too Working perfectly for what it's worth
The things you're calling "screw holsters" are called anchors.

Here is a link to do a paper clip stand (it has been discussed before, but for the ones who don't know about it), includes a template.

Powertrekk

This does look pretty amazing although you would want to be a wealthy enough man to purchase this at €199 it's not even on sale yet but i can see this doing well with people who spend a lot of time outdoors away from electricity like explorers, etc.
Something like this would be great at a festival or if you were just out and about for a period of time and your phone died and nowhere near electricity and you needed it charged up.
What do people think to this?
I think hydrogen is harder to find than sunlight.
Seeing as they Don't even say how it works under the section "how it works" and seeing as hydrogen or Cole fusion is not invented yet to a point of usefulness (and would not be invented just by some company just to power USB devices...).
I'm going to go with it a Battery on one side and a tank that holds water and dose nothing on the other side till proven other wise... Also wouldn't that vary easily become a Boom, a vary big boom?
I Call Shenanigans!
I don't know about the ins and outs folks i just seen this website and had a look and it does look like a superb invention.
Cool piece of tech, it's just a mini fuel cell but to be honest I think practically you're better off with a big battery. I have a usb one with a 5000 mAh capacity and it's smaller than my phone and it was only cheap. Gives me 4 whole charges of my phone and I'm never not near a wall socket for any longer.

looks a bit more affordable for sure, please report back and let us know how this is.
This is the one I got:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PortaPow-Premium-USB-Battery-Pack-5000mAh-Dual-Sockets-/220639367439
It's thicker than the SGS2, about the same width and a bit shorter. It's good, holds it charge well and does seem to hold up to the 5000 mAh spec quite well

Got my car holder today

Very good service from ultimate-mobiles.co.uk, ordered yesterday and didn't expect it to be here when I got home.
Here's some pics I took. Gonna fit it in the car shortly. I like the way the legs come down and recess again if you don't want them there. And I like the white release button on the back. Also, the side clamps aren't big, ugly and obtrusive like many others. A very cool little black and white vent holder which I trust to hold the phone more than many others I checked out.

Don't go all huffy mate...
Personally I don't like how it looks. But it defiantely looks strong enough to keep the phone safe. Also good to know that company has good service, spotted a few things I fancy.
But I don't like how it looks, I'm sticking with my exogear.
Where did you bought it? It look very nice!
How much it cost?
Tks.
Looks really nice buddy, I'm thinking of ordering the vent mounted one too. At the moment I have a suction cup one that I used to use with my nexus s. The problem is the galaxy s2 is thinner than the nexus so my mount doesn't quite hold it so sturdily. These look ideal, any chance of pics with it installed so I can see what it looks like? Cheers
Sure, here it is, I took these pics today, here's a little gallery.
http://imgur.com/a/Y6H4N
Rodrigo, it's from ultimate-mobiles.co.uk
I forgot to do pics in landscape mode. So yea, there's a knob on the back which loosens off and then tightens so you can rotate to landscape mode.
I've tested with some emergency brake stops, and the phone feels very solid in the holder, not shaking itself out. Also, you can adjust the vertical and horizontal angles so you can get the phone facing exactly where you want to the millimetre.
small world I live in Whetstone, lol
I got the suction cup version of this after I realised the magnet in my magnetic mount was screwing with the compass!
It's been serving me well for six months. I don't use the foldy out feet - it grips well enough without them.

oo..looks pretty sweet. maybe i'll get one, but i need to get a car first

I found a way of installing NATO straps on my 360 without a SteelConnect.

It's hacky, but it works. Let me know if you guys want a write-up.

Sweet Mercy that looks painful!
Nice hack though, I'm always on the lookout for interesting hardware mods!
Question though, mine has started cracking too... anything other than aesthetics affected by it? Heart rate monitor or dust ingress? It would be good to know what to expect if my crack starts expanding... maybe I should dremel it preemptively?
Eek, how did you break it like that?!

call motorola and get a free replacement. No reason to have a cracked back! You even get a free charging cradle out of the whole thing (and I think the replacements are stronger because I haven't had an issue since I got it swapped)

I'm in that situation where I bought it from someone who bought it in the US, and I find myself in Canada... And Motorola isn't capable of shipping me a replacement, unless I give them a US based address... Seems like too much of a hassle really, everything else is fine, and it had this tiny crack when I bought it (the guy had small wrists, much smaller than mine). I check it every night before I put it on the charger, hasn't expanded at all.
Given some horror stories I've read online of DOA units, dead pixels that aren't covered by warranty and other things, I'd rather stick with my perfectly functional one . Worst case, I'll just dremel the edges to reduce strain.
Thanks for the advice though! :good:

I'm sorry, but to be honest... It looks like ****...
Im sorry but i stall cant stop laughing
The cracks happen when using wrong bands. The metal bands push against the glass back and they crack the glass. Normally the back won't crack when using the genuine strap. I had the pebble steel on the moto360 and saw the glass started damaging so I removed it. If I had it still on then it would have cracked almost certainly
There sure are! At Southern Straps we have NATOs for the MOTO 360
Check us out when you get the chance. Out straps come with a Lifetime Warranty and our founder came from the Android Wear project.
Our bands fit Apple, Pebble and all Android Wear watches!
