yeah, tell me about it, much more faster and better response. Too bad it's only a 60days trial. But i'm guessing by that time there will be a beta
so far the best photo/image viewer available
But of course. If you need to pay, it better be better than HTC album.

for te htc album you also need to pay, it's calculated in the price of the phone I would expect that when you buy a phone, the core applications of a multimedia phone would also work as they should.........apparently i was very naive....

I'm after a password manager for the device to keep track of all my online passwords.
What is the best one for this device?
i think "spb wallet 2" is really great
Thanks. Will check it out.
give KeePass a try
checked out ewallet. Looks good but costs a fair bit after the trial. Not sure I want to pay this much if I'm honest.
There seem to be various versions of keepass about. Not sure which one to try out. Anybody got a link of the best one to use for the HTC touch hd
Also checked out spb wallet but this is a bit pricey as well. . Would prefer a freeware option if at all possible
I use KeePassPPC wm6 v0.4.9
sourceforge.net/project/platformdownload.php?group_id=175898&sel_platform=2374
On the PC i use the classic version. v2 is beta and looks good.
thanks. tried the version listed and it's excellent.
can this link with the desktop version of the software?
If so this would be excellent.
the pc version that's compatible with the non beta version I'm using is the classic v1.5
http://keepass.info/download.html
Thanks. Do you reckon it would work with 1.15 portable edition?
Databases of Keepass 1.15 on PC and KeepassPPC 0.4.9 on PDA are compatible. I sync the databases with ActiveSync between PC and PDA. Works great.
Keepass is the best... the PC version is always sync with your PDA version and its very useful... and it is free and opensource
I haven't tried it yet, but MobilePasswordSafe looks good. I'm in the process of writing my own app and using the controls he wrote for this. It's really good and quite intuitive. Best of all is the nice Touch UI
EDIT: oh yeah, and the other best thing... it's free!! lol.

Google for MySpike - syncs your ebay-account, you can bid, do searches, ...
pretty cool, have it on my polaris, but should also work on x1.
Try the freeware version first

The xperia isnt listed as a compatible phone for Yahoo Go though...& its out now by the looks of it.
I will need to read more but anyone know anything about it? is it similar to the Windows live app? ie. mail, IM in one place or is it more?
Edit: ok tried downloading Yahoo Go 3.0 and in Opera it says i have to use IE to determine the phone model. Then it just loads the web page in IE, not the mobile download page. So i think its non-compatible....at the moment.
Myspike
Hello!
I use Myspike and this is good, but for this not panel avaible.
With best reguards
superb alternet of skyfire,
for me skyfire was slow in comparison of mach 5 it use to take lots of time to start up and sometime it use to just not authorise to login
and in this mach 5 we can watch videos in full screen when videos are detected it plays it in full screen.
have a look guys
http://www.wmexperts.com/netacceler-...native-skyfire
Corrected link: http://www.wmexperts.com/netacceler-mach5-browser-decent-alternative-skyfire
It does look good, but I don't like that it's just a demo and they will charge (or plan to charge) for it when the demo expires
thanks for correcting link.
it seems they are charging for fuller version but believe man the lagging problem of skyfire and all those slow interval in pages when u zoom in and out. really i found not usefull at all when i used skyfire except self console of watch every type of videos.
but i have used it and will be using till june ofcourse coz its free and ya believe me its better interms of:
tab pages
smooth scroll
fast
doesnot take that long to open pages
it identifies video and enables us to zoom in
landscape view manually thats what i think is much more better den using skyfire and one additional rotation program.
i would appreciate opera browser with all those functions if its what i am understanding from forum about opera 9.7 but i am not sure..
any way
my opinion

I have been using their trial version for more than 3 months, it seems there is no expire date.
the new version is really fast, but still not fully support Java and active X as they claim in their offical site.
i guess trial version will end by next month according to there website
I registered on their website and they only have the QVGA and VGA cabs. Anyone have the WVGA version?

Thanks and many thanks if we could get one asap.
cheers..

As far as I remember my previously installed 6.5, the implemented e-mail prog does't significantly differ from the 6.1 version regarding finger friendliness. So no need to change your ROM.
I dont think it differs at all. Still feels and looks like 90s

that and a text messaging application. manilla goes very deep now compared to its older versions so i wouldnt be surprised if the new version of touch flow 3d comes with this. think how the blackstone shipped with the winmo calendar and contacts and see how the topaz and Rhodium have far better, HTC programs.
I think that way they will integrate with touchflo too, but no one knows how long we could be waiting. Anyone know when the newest HTC devices are being released?

Did you try this one?
I think it was originally designed for Diamond2 and someone fixed it for HD resolution, it must be somewhere in software thread, when you don't find it let me know and i will look for it in my PC and will upload the cab.
Rgds,
HD calculator
Hi where can i get that calculator??
Actually, I have this already. It comes with all custom roms now. I am sure you can download a cab from pocketfreeware. Any other calculator apps?

Try "Panoramic Calculator"...
I have it, and use it on daily basis. It's not just a basic calculator, it has more features than the regular WM calculator.
Best regards

but Panoramic Calculator is not a freeware..
Panoramic calc pro, is my personal fave, it does it all..... followed closely by Hicalc, they're both skinnable, and come packed with features..... though yes, they're not free, but just look around...., I bought mine cause I like to support developers and I'm studying economics, so a good calc is important.
