wm6 black 3.01 and a decent working midlet ? ?

hi guys...noob here.... i did my best to search for this, but the search function leaves much to be desired....even the posts i found didn't give me any straight answers....
so...
i just recently upgraded to jasjamming's wm6 3.0.1 and i dloaded the esmertec java cab from the main thread....i cannot get opera mini to work correctly (keeps asking to kill) and i need to use opera for my job since PIE can't properly display the work-related page i access daily....i then tried two different intent versions and i couldn't install one of them because of permissions and the other one didn't work either for some reason....i've been in a cab/SR/reloading-my-apps haze this entire weekend and everything is a big blur....
can anyone please tell me which one works with jj's wm6 3.0.1?

Hi Guys this is my first post so please be nice .
Anyways i have a desay m9(from china) with wm5 (smart phone) os5.1.478 (build 15706.3.5.2) I thought it was a Normal windows mobile 5. My phone has touch screen and an xscale pxa270 312mhz processor.
I was wondering if there is ANY way of upgrading to a real wm5 os thats not a smart phone edition?? or even better upgrading to wm6?? Or is there any way to emulate a real wm5 or6?? I dont like wm5 smartphone edition. Its too limitted and i cant install verytghing thats wm5 supported. I have very lil knowledge of wm. If there is anything that can help it would be great. You see i cant send any messages because the abc on my phone is in chinese and not handy at all. I know the real wm5 has atleast a virtual keyboard. Can any please help me or guide me to alternative solution>>?? eg: Some kind of writing software that works with sms's or some kind of wm6 emulator that i can launch on my phone? Or some kind of way to hack it?? Please anythin.

I never done it but i dont like wm5 smart phone edition. Its a touch screen smart phone...cant i upgrade to wm6?? please help.

No, you cant upgrade your smartphone to windows mobile 5.0 pocket pc edition, or to windows mobile 6.0.
But you can install windows mobile pocket pc application on windows mobile smartphone edition.

If you insist to use WM instead of SP, go port the ROM yourself (and figure out how to flash the image yourself).

Trouble with Wing Touchflo Wm 6.1

Hello all. I am new to this site and I am loving the work I have seen so far. I have a shadow and I am a user at allshadow but my wife has a wing and we have been playing with it for a while. I just uploaded the new biggy Open Touch WM 6.1 with touchflo rom and we are both liking it but I am having trouble with it. Everything seems to work except the touchflo itself. I can go into the TF settings and click the buttons to show the cube but I dont see anything to actually activate it. If anyone can help us we would appreciate it. Everything that I have read says there should be a softkey for touchflo but I dont see it. I dont know if I have to download a different version but this one has a load of programs with it and it said toughflo. Thanks anyone!

For me it runs quite slow

Not for Artemis
This one worked NOT fine on MY Orbit.
Installed it, used for 1 day, removed it. Better stick with Opera Mini 4.1 which I really love.
It runs really SLOW. Not only while browsing, but entering menu, modifying settings... Web rendering far more slow than Opera mini.
Beside, its original design is for VGA monitor (and 528MHz, 192MB RAM) HTC Diamond. The QVGA version was not complettely converted: still too big favorite, settings menu items...
However, nice browser. Maybe next device, not this Artemis.

Hey guys, got a new phone to play with, the Toshiba TG01, but also ofcourse have my HD, so i have the Teeter game on the HD but i wnat to get it for my TG01 also, anyone have a working cab for the WVGA Teeter?

I think you could try Experia section since it is not an HTC (is WVGA) and has a dedicated section in XDA.
