[Q] Changing default launcher folder icons

Has anyone figured out how to change the default folder icons in the Arc launcher? I like they way the work, just not the way they look.
I use Folder Organizer instead. Then I use Desktop Visualizer to change the icons. Then you can have folders with icons you like in the dockbar as well.
Used Swiftwork's folder icons used in his themed Arc launcher
Replace Home.apk file in /system/app using Root Explorer and change permission accordingly.
Clear data on SE Home application settings required as widgets on top row of homescreen will disappear

[Q] Replacing ICONs

Is it possible to replace the button icons with different images? For example depending on the theme you have the Mms icon is different. How can I chose just the icon I want out of the them instead of the whole theme?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=824656
This thread has a bunch of icon packs you can download and it also tells you how to change the icons on your homescreen, dock and Appdrawer.
Hope this helps.
Which button(s) are you referring too? If it's on the home screen or dock it's fairly simple when using Go Launcher EX.
Simply long press the icon , wait for the pop-up menu, choose replace and you'll have the option to select Default icon, Theme's Icon or Custom icon.
If it's in the app drawer then it's a little harder as the icons are set within the theme package itself and as far as I know there is no way to change just one icon from here on the fly.

[Q] Hide system icons in the notification bar

Hi,
im trying to hide some of the system icons in the notification bar.
I would like to hide the alarm, vibrate and signal icons because they are always displayed and dont provide useful information for me
I replaced the png files of this icons in the SystemUI.apk file with empty (transparent) png images.
This works, but this still leaves gaps where the icons were, like between the clock and the battery.
Is it possible to change the order (like putting the transparent icons to the left), change the size (hiding them by setting the size to 0px) or to hide them completly?
I followed this tutorial to display some of the xml files in the SystemUI.apk but i did not find anything that looks like it changes certain system icons.
Im using Virtuous Affinity 2.05 (Android 2.3.5, Sense 3.5).

[Q] Zooper Icon Files [Advanced]

This is what my UI looks like: https://imgur.com/a/ANnjM#1
Everything is a zooper widget, and the app icons are selected from the Lumos icon pack
But if I want to try another icon set, I'd have to change every single one manually - is there any way I can tie them to the app or change them automagically?
Thanks in advance!

Notification Icons

I recently wondered if I can copy the currently active statusbar notification icons, and paste them inside a zooper widget. By this I can simulate a statusbar within a widget.
Is this possible? I have root access/xposed/able to flash zips if required.
