new skins?

Hello,
I just got my new t-mobile compact III, and I need a website where I can get some cool skins (other than the standard ones) and maybe a place to get some cool programs. where can I find that? I kinda searched around this website, I dont think there is a section for that though.

I got some nice themes thanks. but im not sure how to install these dialer skins, there are many files, do i just put them on the phone or what?

just put cab file directly onto your device, and click on it on your device....
then ti installs...

But will using the skins frm Pauly A and the Iphone skin disabled the Smart Dialing function? Or will I be able still using this Smart Dial function?

Joey Jojo, may I ask if I install your iPhone dialer skin, do I still get the SmartDial function? And, how to get back to the default? Do I just uninstall it from the "Remove Program"? Thanks.

Try http://www.zombienexus.net,you'l find lots of dialer skins and most of them have the smart dialer function enabled,installing them is quite easy too as they only come in a single cab which is installed in the main memory.
It's best to make a complete backup of your phone before installing any diallers just in case you have any issues when you remove them.

Yes you do and then soft reset,never had a problem with uninstalling.Also try the Jimmy vista bkack dialer skin in the wizard forum,think its in the super rom thread.

Joey Jojo, the version u uploaded here doesnot have smartdialling. please check it and let us know how to activate it, if its there in it.

PocketArtist me doing a big problem on the HD, I want to do and makes a point to the line ... you go to one point ... see the picture. Other drawing programs work, but PocketArtist is much better and me very concerned about this problem. I tried hard reset, but it did not.

goto menu > Edit > Preferences > Editing > and UNCHECK Use addition stylus movement data

Helped set the "Menu - Edit - Preferences - Editing - Reduce stylus jitter" at 20 (it started around 15 to be quite good).

[ Idea ] TF3D Notes Page

One app I keep using a lot of the time is the notes application.
Just to quickly jot something down, or to look up something I wrote earlier.
It would be great if there were a new tab integrated into Touchflo (or Sense, whatever)
I know how to do a bit of programming of my own, but no idea how to create something which would add a new tab to another program such as TF3D.
But yeh, I'm just putting the idea out there.
Please comment if you like this idea.
I hope someone out there will find the time to attempt making this, as it would be a great addition for Touchflo.

Select notes along the slider on the right.
To make a new note, slide to the top one (which is blank)
start drawing on it.
Press the tick button, bottom right to save
To delete, slide to the note you want to delete, then click the delete
button, bottom right.

Sometimes I need to remember something that Ill quickly note but then even forget to look at it...

If you could find a notes today plugin program you could use the manila today tab program you referenced.

That is not a "tab" persay. It displays the today screen and therefor you can show a today plugin, but not add any specific manilla features.

Having all my necessary toggles available right in the notification bar. No menu work, no power-draining widgets, just sheer convenience. Is there any way to do that without CM7 or any other rooted ROM? I do know about this:

Yes there is a way check out the arc themes and app section its in there buddy made it for multiple firmwares and it looks really good too!

I use this app but not the all-in-one part of it - so have each toggle listed as separate line - they work straight away without going into any menus. Hope it helps

This successfully murdered my notification bar.
Stupid me didn't backup the systemui file either >_<
Oh well, restore backup here I go

i just installed the rover mix it looks great

But keep in mind gps has to be turned on from the menu (Android limitation )

Question Language transcription =! english how add another language

i am testing the audio record app, and transcription only works if you record a voice speaking in english.
any idea how add another language?

You need to
1. Open Live Transcribe & Sound Notifications (app)
2. Press on settings (lower left corner, next to the keyboard symbol)
3. More Settings
4. Scroll down to the section Audio & language and there you can add/change Primary language and Secondary language.
Be aware though that - as far as I remember - the recorder app only supports English and since the release of A12 also Japanse, French and German. So if you want another language to function, it won't do.
Edit: I checked and yep, those are the only supported languages.

i don t see the icon in app list, so i went to play store for download it and i had the "open" action button, so it means it s somewhere.

That's ridiculous, why would they hide a useful app like this from search
My setup is not "clean", meaning I copied everything over from my Old P4 XL that had this transcribe app - that is why I'm not sure if I maybe actually enabled that by hand previously and just don't remember that.
Would be nice to know if someone here that made a "clean" setup without previous stuff could offer insight into his experience.
