Can't Uninstall Taskbar!!

I installed the cab of tsowentaskbar6v2 in my HD (original ROM) and now i can't happen to uninstall it. it keeps giving me an error. and even if i try to install any other taskbar over it, there are still some "side effects" left from it. how do i uninstall it completely??? PLS HELP!!
Taskbar cab contain some protected system files, once you installed one of them you should not install others over it.
Solution
Give me the direct link to the cab which you already installed it and now couldn’t remove it, I will extract files and give them back to you then you should manually (using Resco explorer for total commander) move them to windows directory and over write them, after that you can uninstall the cab.
This is the direct link to download the cab file:

Yes you are right.
Uninstall any other cab which modifies task bar
Copy dll files to windows directory
Do soft reset
Uninstall tsowentaskbar6v2.1
I tried doing that.... but no luck. when i try to uninstall 'tsowen taskbar' it just gives me an error: "tsowen taskbar was not completely removed. Do you want to remove it from the list of installed programs?" And even if i press yes, its still there. its just not uninstalling....!!!
I really wanna remove it now. it has also changed the icons for today, programs and settings in the start menu. any more ideas PLS!!!
Does no one knows how to uninstall this taskbar???
tsowen, why don't you only help me with this!!
Pls..!!
Sorry mate you've got 2 options, one do a "Hard Reset" the other install trail version of Sktools from here: http://www.s-k-tools.com/index.html?sktools/m_feat.html this excellent utillity has a better programs uninstaller then the standard window programs remover! this tool has got me out of similar situation in the past without having to resort to hard reset
I tried the Sktools, but it doesn't even show me the taskbar in the installed programs.
but in the default windows remove programs, its there. i even tried reinstalling the same cab again, but the installation fails.
Isn't there a way where i can just delete and replace the dlls in windows folder with original HTC ones. i mean we know the dlls that this cab replaced, now we just replace the same onces with original ones and delete any unnecessary files that came with this...!!!???

[Q] How to install batch of APK

sry if title is wrote wrong..
but i want install i think a hundred of apks.. and i want do it with one command..
But it must be without ADB. bec on tytn adb dont workin if i know..
thx for help
U can copy the apks directly into /data/app/ and they will appear in ur app drawer. Then u can run them normally.
However there r some apks dont support this method, e.g. mybackup, camera360, etc, u should still install them.
u think copy my apps to androidinstall.tar/data/app/
or its job in installed android
both are OK.
I've tried it.
If u have backuped the configrations of some apps (from /data/data/*), u can even copy the /data/data/* into androidinstall.tar. Then right After install the system, u can have the apps already configured.
BSG
you can use boot script generator, select correctly your system location and data location and put your apk in /sdcard/andboot/apps/

fb chat can't sign in

this app com with sebastian15 rom (runnymede5.0).
so how to prove it?
or how to remove this app?
I do not know how to prove, but you can uninstall it in setting>applications>manage applications.
If you can not remove it there, use Titanium Backup to delete or freeze it.
remove apps
you can easily remove apps BEFORE you flash a rom,
u can use winrar or 7zip
you only have to access the folder (in the zip file of the rom) with the system apps and delete the apps you dont like

Deleted stock programs from the root

Using root explorer i can explore my root. I read somewhere in this forum that i can delete some of the unwanted stock programs; i also read that many of the stock programs waste a lot of ram!
So i want to delete some of the programs i never use. Is it possible? Do i have to just delete the apk file, or do i have to delete the .odex one too? And will it not hurt my phone?
Also, i noticed i can extract some of the programs from there. Is it possible for me to say, extract "video.apk" and "video.odex" from this rom, and simply paste it in the root folder of another rom and expect it to work?
Thankyou
List of programs i want to delete (Notice: these are programs i NEVER use. Also, those marked with an asterisk (.apk*) also have a .odex file too.):
BuddieNow.apk*
Days.apk*
Email.apk*
EmailWidget.apk*
GameHub.apk
GenieWidget.apk*
Gmail.apk*
All “google*syncadapter”.apk*
Maps.apk*
marketupdater.apk*
memo.apk*
minidiary.apk*
operamini-5.1.24639.apk
plusone.apk*
postit.apk*
samsungwidget_news.apk*
snsaccountfb.apk*
snsaccountli.apk*
snsaccountTw.apk*
other “sns” .apk*
SocialHub.apk*
street.apk*
talk.apk*
talkback.apk
youtube.apk*
Just delete the apk and the apps will disappeared but make sure the apk you want to delete is really not important or your phone will not work properly. Or you can try to freeze the apps you want to delete and see it for 1 - 2 days to see if it's working properly with other apps. If its not working properly just unfreeze it again.

Deleting Apps

Hi,
I used Xplore to delete manually:
/system/app/Blurb.apk
/system/app/PageBuddyNotiSvc2.apk
/system/app/PageBuddyNotiSvc2.odex
/system/app/SamsungHubUpdater.apk
/system/app/SamsungHub_phone_qHD.apk
/system/app/PreloadInstaller.apk
/system/app/PreloadInstaller.odex
Is there more files to these apps (like .so files or whatever) that I missed? Where can I find them?
If I use Titanium, will it remove apps more completly?
It seems after rooting (with arco) and deleting those files it isn't as snappy as before...
Nobody?
