'Normal' and decent Ringtones?

Hi All
I really LOVE my WM2005 machine BUT I get jealous when I hear the nice and decent ring tones on a new Nokia. The ones shipped out with WM just suck completely. I tried to find a simple package of good and neutral ring tones you can use even in a business environment without getting embarrassed. The only thing I can find are ring tones from the latest pop-chart-songs.
Anybody can point out a copy of the newest nokia ring tones or something decent and similar applicable for a phone used in a business environment?

Well, I use a piano tune, which I think is business-ee enough. Get yourself some piano tune and snip it to your likings.
Anyway, I thought the default WM5/6 are well appropriate for business environment.. not impressively elegant, but business enough.

my business ring tone is ACDC back in back, but I am the boss so.....

wm6 tones

hey wher can i find wm6 default tones....apparently my rom plays an entire mp3 for a new sms notification....when i try to config frm setings the wm6 dont appear in the list only just songs can be seen....so wher can i find the default windows ring and the sms tone...

My boys received a Hermey toy last year and I recorded the sound with my Wizard using Vito sound explorer.
Very high tech....;-)

Its a shame with a glorious hi res full screen that sometimes we have to resort to VGA games with black bars above and below. I looked on the Wiki but even some of the working games listed are not full screen.

This game caught my eye aswell A quick Google tells me it's available <here> for $9,95
Two things that make me question this offer though:
They state the game is "Less than 1KB Installed" That isn't possible, is it ?!? And they state that one needs "WM Professional Version 6". Do we have the "Professional" version of 6.1 on our Blackstone ?

Civilization IV: War of the 2 Cities has full screen.
Virtual Pool Mobile too.

Transport Tycoon deluxe works in fullscreen too(openttd) and looks awesome.
But I still don't know how to map the rightmouse-click to the volume buttons, any input on this subject is welcome!

Yes, we do.
Btw, I have the game, but:
1) no save possible.
2) when one of the players go in bankrupcy, there's no way to continue. So, if you play with just 2 players (human vs ppc), it's ok, since you can either win or lose, no third option. But when you have more than 2 players, it's not said that are YOU the first to go out. But the game ends anyway

Yes you can't save in Monopoly but it is still a great playing experience with animated gameplay.

I left the manufacture/developer name so people can google these games but I will get around to providing links. Will be retail links though as no warez allowed on here I believe.

Hi Guys,
Im n00b to android and have been a long time iPhone user (with a bit of xcode deving in my spare time). Anyways sick and tired of apple and their BS so time to jump ship now that the rest (android in particular) have caught up. Last time i had a samsung was omnia with that dreadful windows mobile 6. It actually makes me shudder to remember that phone. Saw the samsung galaxy s3 and thought this is a great time to jump over. Anyways, got a bit bored one night, strolling through utube and found this old jabberjaw theme which was a cartoon from when i was a kid. 30 mins later + Audacity (free audio editor), i made myself a little jabberjaws ringtone. So used HTC_ringtones_for_Galaxy_SIII zip file, removed everything and added jabberjaw ringtone and kept the snooze alarm tone. (Snooze kinda similar to iPhone alarm, definately wakes u up). Installed zip through CWM and makes me laugh everytime i hear it. FYI donated a few bucks to Kalagas for the use of his zip as a container.

Notification Sounds Pack

Hey all, thought I'd share the tones I've created and used over the years. Nearly all of the tones/notifications were created for personal use or for friends, edited/compressed for maximum volume on a phone or mobile device.
The notifications pack includes several short sounds that are perfect for SMS/MMS: short, sweet and to the point. I'm not a fan of ten second notifications for text messages, but there are a few longer ones in the zip file. You can grab the zip file by clicking here.
I also have various ringtones that I've created specifically for mobile devices. Most are about 30s in length, hopefully I'm not stepping on anyone's copyright by creating short clips for ringers. You can grab the ringtone pack by clicking this link.
