help needed. original splash screen - Touch CDMA Windows Mobile ROM Development

so im having some hardware problems with my phone so i need to take it in to sprint. but heres my deal, few months i downloaded some crappy rom (called krystal v5) that i ended up hating and only kept it for a day, now im using nfsfans 6.5 rom and i like that. the problem is when i downloaded that "krystal" rom it put a "krystal" splash on my phone when it starts. after numerous rom flashes that krystal splash still shows on start up.
now my plan was to reload the stock rom to get it serviced but i dont think that this will get rid of that splash. can someone help me get the original one back? its the very first splash screen.

stock bootsplash for vogue
here is the one for Cellular South Phones, it is just the HTC logo. Not sure if Sprint uses something special. Load it then load the stock sprint rom.

nfsfan's roms don't replace splash screens, that's why after multiple flashing with it, the bootscreen still there.
when you flash with stock rom, the original splash screens will be back

How to get rid of the branding

I have a Question ,I flashed duttys rom with no problem and all is fine, but was just wondering how to change the first boot screen with this ugly looking T-Mobile screen , I thought when you flash a rom that this First boot screen is changed also,Would be grateful to have the original HTC boot screen instead of this T-Mobile screen,,
Love this forum ,best PDA forum on the net!!!!
Have posted the Zip file containing the HTC splash.
You need an active sync connection running and then open the RUU.
Select update ROM and it will then write a new splash screen but won't alter your O/S Rom.
It takes less than 2 mins. Oh, make sure your battery is more than 50%.

Fixed: Verizon Vogue Stuck at vzw splash screen

This is the first time I've messed with this phone I've flashed many different models in the passed but this is the only one that is giving me issues and the worst part is that its not mine so any hell i will greatly appreciate it.
Here is what i did read what ever i can to get more accustomed to this phone. and searched everywhere to help me figure out what i can do.
So i flashed the unlocker. Coke 2.31
after i did that i flashed nfsfan's 1.5 rom using usb cable.
no i cant get into the operating system at all it hangs at the vzw splash screen.
Is there a way to get this phone back to normal? i cannot connect thru activesync and when i tried to reflash using sd card it shows the loading screen for a split secon then goes back to the bootloader.
Please help its my bros phone i need it up and running asap.
Thank you
This post helped quite a bit

Just thought that I would post what happened to my phone and the steps that eventually recovered it in case it helps somebody else:
My phone was stuck with "No Radio" on the boot loader screen and the SPL as "SPL-2.31.CoKe", but none of the 3.x ROMs would flash properly that I tried. So here are the steps that eventually recovered it (mostly...):
1.) I installed the ROM above from the tri-color screen (power+camera+reset). I still had no radio, but it was letting me past this and booting up to WM. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=357762
2.) I then re-flashed the 2.31.CoKe boot loader (not sure if this step is necessary but listing what worked...)
3.) I tried to install RUU_Vogue_VZW_WWE_3.14.605.1_Radio_3.37.78_Ship.exe but it failed at 10% restarting to RUUNBH screen and the installer gave me Error [290]: Invalid Command
4.) I then tried to install the latest sprint ROM straight from the HTC site:_Touch by HTC (Sprint)_RUU_PPST_Vogue_SPRINT_WWE_3.03.651.4_2_Radio_3.42.30_AM_NV_2.04_Ship this looked like it was going to fail at the same part the Verizon rom did as it rebooted at 10% to RUUNBH screen, but the Sprint installer did something (I heard the computer lose and gain connection multiple times) and eventually it went right back and continued on from 11% and finished successfully.
5.) Rebooted and I had a radio now! Rather then risking trying to install the Verizon ROM again I went straight to the custom ROM I had originally started out with: NFSFAN 6.5 V6 which is working fine for me, except the GPS which is what started out my adventure of the last 3 days...
Just a note: for all flashes except the final one I simply waited till it was at the "Tap the screen..." stage till flashing. I never let any ROM but the final one run it's customization.

The above method works on a Vogue that is stuck on the bootloader screen with no radio.
Or if you get a rom to install and it stops at a windows screen that says no radio.
the only difference i tried was i didn't use the HTC Official Sprint rom, as i could not find it.
I used this rom.
RUU_Vogue_4350_ALLTEL_WWE_3.10.671.1_RS3.42.30_NV2.02_PRL30031_SHIP.exe
I let all customizations run on the last rom update.

Desire Flashed to Rooted Froyo Stock O2 Splash Remains

Hi All,
I am new to this forum, I just rooted my Desire (Unlocked but O2 branded with splash screens) so that I could go ahead and put FroYo on. I flashed the latest radio version and a pre-rooted version of FroYo stock from these forums. Everything went fine and I restored my backups from Titanium backup, just one thing confuses me ...
Before I used to have the O2 splash screen (static), followed by a HTC logo, then more O2 bubble (animated) ... now I have the static O2 screen, then HTC logo which animates some writing, then the phone boots.
I was under the impression that flashing a ROM would remove all O2 stuff, how come that static screen remains, and can I remove it?

[Q] :( Help: Tilt 2 wont boot past splash screen

had my tilt2 for over a year flashed a couple roms, (energy, Cell Pro) and the flashed Jackos two weeks ago. had some problems with the sleep of death but nothing major. then one day it wouldn't boot past the splash screen. hard reseted it, re flashed Jackos, flashed other roms, USB and SD card all with the same problem, won't boot past splash screen.
Have you tried installing the stock rom?
couldn't find the att stock rom but i found a europe stock rom and flashed that still nothing
did you try the htc website?
http://www.htc.com/us/support/tilt-2-att/downloads/
If that isn't the ROM I'll upload it and post a link later when I get home, in the meantime...have you task29'ed when you've flashed?

Splash screen

I own a 16gb/2gbram UK device that I bought on ebay. My device is unlocked to any network out of the box but is a 3UK device and has a 3UK splash screen. Whatever generic kdz I install, my 3UK splashscreen remains.
On other devices I have owned, if I flash a generic rom I end up with a generic splash screen. My question is, if I root my device and change the splash screen to a generic one then return to stock using a generic kdz, would my generic splash screen remain?
EDIT Solved. Information required is in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/themes-apps/bootanimation-android-5-0-l-boot-t2814467
the link takes me to boot animations. the splash screen (on my d851) is just a white screen that says lg. the boot animation comes after it. replacing boot animations isnt super difficult, though some devices will have funny locations and multiple animations to figure out. when I had my old t-mo g2 (htc vision, NOT lg g2) i changed both the splash screen and boot animation, but since have not found a way to modify splash screens.
EDIT: just realized this post is a year old. oh, the shame.
Aha, I had this same issue, real annoying, am I right?
Anyway, flash the stock firmware that associates to your device. It removed the splash screen for me, but I meant all my data was reset, to absolute factory. It was certainly a lot of work seeing as the amount of bloatware it installs is insane, but you should give it a go.

EDIT: I just realised along with you that this was a year old post... Still hope it helps someone out, though.
Sent from my D855 running CloudyG3 2.3 with Gabriel5 kernel.
Don't forget to smash that thanks button if I, or someone else helps you, guys!
