I need to change my imei serial number. Please help me!!

Please, i need to change my imei serial number. My local carrier PORTA dont want to activate my phone because they dont sell on the country! Big Bastards! my intention is to change the emei or imei serial number with one of another phone. Please help me! How i can change this code with anhother one?

i have many numbers in my contact number
when some of my Friend call me or Sms me the number is unkhonw and show the number only
i have the number in my phone with name but the name not show
for example i have some Frined with name : ALI
his number is : 0913*******
and i save it in my phone
but when he call me the number shown with prefix number ( country code )
for example : +98913 or 098913 or 98913
and i cant realize this number when call
I have ArcS
use Moded~30 and Doom Kernel and Basband 64
whats Problem ?? is this cause Rom or my Baseband or it`s From my Network Provider ??

i come from indonesian. i have a problem with my new samsung galaxy S3 I-747 AT&T carrier. i buy this phone from ebay and has been unlocked from the seller. yesterday, i got this phone from post office in my country and try to use this phone. but i have a problem, when i try to check my token balance, i always got this notice :
"Connection problem or invalid MMI code"

Huawei UMG366 Wifi Dongle

Any one have unlock code or know how to unlock Huawei UMG366 T-Mobile Jet 2.0. I know the device is old, but I believe it is New algorithm and old algorithm code doesn't work. 48736981 doesn't work. Anyone have any ideas I'm running out of attempts.

S20+ SM-G985F locked to Spain Movistar (XEC) - any way to unlock for Czech rep?

A short story about a cheated friend with a baby at the end. Im findig solutions for her.
Could anyone please advise if and possibly how to unlock S20+ SM-G985F locked to Spain Movistar (XEC)?
Just making calls with a Czech SIM is enough.
From what I've browsed the information the code to unlock the SIM may not work with this operator and it's not out of her sight.
After restarting the phone from CZ SIM o2 phone does not want the code to unlock operator lock.
If I understand correctly, changing the ROM will not help. And I can't possibly put in any but some matching CSC or CSC change.
I have tried SAMkey but according to the description it will not unlock this tel. Or does it?

Short story.
Friend of mine with a small child bought a second-hand mobile phone with money saved from her maternity leave and without consulting me. Unfortunately, the person in question was a scammer and sold her an S20+ locked to the Spanish operator Movistar (XEC), which I only found out later. He assured her that it would work for her in CZECH.
I'm trying to deal with the return, but I would like to find a solution for sure that she will be able to use it if we don't catch up with the scammer. I'll catch up anyway and turn it over to the police, but I need to help this friend's mom.
