My Rhodium sometimes suddently could not identify the presence of my SD storage cards. Sometimes, when I listen to musics stored on the storage card with headphone plugged to the USB, the music suddenly stops and the storage card could not be found and access in file explorer. This problem doesn't happen if I use stereo bluetooth headphone to listen to music. Is there any way to fix this problem? Anyone has the same issue as me?

It appears that the internal mic on the Exec does not work in phone mode when external speakers / headphone is plugged in.
Anyone know how to resolve?
RE
Are you saying that if you've external speakers plugged in you're unable to answer to incoming call since the internal mic is not working?
If yes, thats bad
Correct, you can use Voice Command etc. normally, but the internal mic wont work during the call
Hi, 2 queries which I could do with help with please.
1. I tried plugging my Desire into the usb socket on a stereo system & it completely buggered my SD card up & I had to reformat. since doing so & putting my music back on, each song appears as an album It didn't do before so I just want to to get back to what it was please so I'd like to know how the original files were set up previously...
2. I usually use the "aux in" socket (3.5MM socket) on one of our stereos but my home theatre system doesn't have this as an option, just an ipod dock (spit), SD card slot & USB slot. Without removing the SD card from the Desire is there an obvious setting I'm missing to get music to play through the stereo? I used the "mount as a dirve" setting last time & as mentioned it messed up my card.
Thanks in advance for looking in...Cheers...Smudgelab
Hi, i connect my DHD to my car stereo via the micro USB port at the DHD's bottom.
I subsequently get a prompt that asked me whether i want to have the USB behave as a charge only, SD card, HTC sync, Internet tether... I choose SD card.
Here is where the problem is. Audio works fine, i am able to get it streamed to my car stereo over USB. But when i try to play video files , the phone reports that the SD card is locked (since the car steroe is accessing the sd card for audio files i believe).
Are there any work around this? I would like to watch video and have the sound from the video audible through my car stereo speakers, all through the micro usb port.
I used to be able to do this using the iphone dock port.
This will never work unless your car stereo has a stereo/mini-stereo Aux in.
Has anybody figured out a way to get the galaxy nexus to work through usb (mass storage). I am asking because I often play music from my phone through my car stereo. Bluetooth is an option but the bluetooth on this phone is terrible when doing so. The audio cuts out 10-20 times a minute. Have searched the web but can find no solutions. Please help!
Hello XDA,
I have a Moto G5S and a CSL sound card (7.1 output and 2 mic input). I'm connecting the sound card to the phone with a USB OTG 2.0 cable.
When connected, the sound card starts up and I can control the audio volume from the keys on the soundcard. Also, the audio output is automatically redirected to the sound card, so I can listen to audio output from the "line out" of the sound card.
However, I cannot get the input mic lines to work. I tried various apps such as n-Track 9, WaveEditor, USB Audio Recorder, and so on and no one of them is able to record from the sound card.
In Linux, the sound card works out of the box.
Do you have any suggestion to get the input mic from the sound card?
I think it strange that it even work ?
I think you need additional drivers into kernel. But probably it will be unavailable in our kernel, or you have to port it itself for montana kernel, to fully support possibilities of your external sound card.
Additionaly, if u want a help in that kind of trouble, please include logs, extact device model (best will be device id from linux) and if possible, check first on stock rom or other device. If it does not work there, its provably unfixable problem.
Thanks in advance, good night.
This seems like a very overkill setup
