-There are 2 versions for new manila:
* Ultimate - Allows you to use your background on almost every manila's page (level0 + level1) throught wallpaper settings in manila
*StockLike - Allows you to use your background on manila's tabs only (level0)
-How to install?
1. Disable TF3D plugin on today
2. Install a cab (no need to reboot after that )
3. Turn on you TF3D plugin
4. Go to settings page and click on Wallpaper
5. Select your favourite picture (you can use 480x800 picture, but for better result in landscape mode you should use 1246x748 picture or higher. who got cutted wallpaper in landscape try a trick from Blessed HD: Try using 800X480 wallpaper instead of 480X800 .. That makes a difference!)
6. Enjoy!
Don't use this mods other mods!!! Or use it for your own risk!!!
--Update for analog and sprint clock will b soon. But i can't modify every home.mode9 in other ppl mods so i'll create a base home.mode9 file for themes creator who want to add a support for this mod--

HomeURLCustomizerMod_alpha
It allows you to replace action link on calendar and clock button. So you can execute your own application by tapping calendar or clock on home screen.
In additional:
- StockLike background4all Tabs
- analog clock on your home screen (like on screenshots)
- you can replace application link by overwriting this simple xml-file

Thanks, just installed it and had a worrying few seconds when I rebooted and it stayed at a blank screen for far too long. I'm back in now though and looks good. No curtains top and bottom and transparent slider all work fine with it as well.

Update: works like a charm!
- Install
- Soft reset the device
- Voila! Your old wallpaper is now visible in all tabs! Everything looks great, no bugs as far as I can see!
mun_rus, I would only suggest you write in topic title that this is your version of Background4AllTabs, because many people have been waiting for this and the topic name isn't that intuitive. Once again, thanks for this great application!

Though as a programmer point of view, I'm getting curious as well. What has changed so dramaticly that it's not possible to look at the file anymore . What does the 1c684cd8_manila file control exactly?

OK i'm on touch x 10.1 blue
installed the Gen-X slider.cab - works great on portrait mode. some of my feedback:
1. on first load (ie manila) it will just blank out the tab, need to go into clock setting and out again - then the slide box with the tabs will show. no problem after that.
2. only in portrait, when i switch to landscape the slide box do not expand and icons appear in the box and to the right.

Keep up the good work...and one more thing...do you think it is possible to match the black color to the reference
(by using color picker on photoshop) so that it would match the black color of TF3D...and the radius edge of the white slider could match the radius of the black bottom bar? that would be perfect... aside from that...everythings awesome...keep it up.

major problems with tfd3b3 the clock is missing but the slider can move!!!

thats cause u must be using a custom clock..when u install a different clock..like analog or sprint.they include a file which i requre for the slider mod to work.so when u install this it replaces that file.
right now the slider will work with default clock and my widgets..to get ur clock back just install a clock from somewhere like knallpulligs thread n then install this mod over it..

hope this solved ur problem..

This, combined with the panning background - VERY COOL!
However, I just have a Touch Pro - no WVGA
Both of the mods work fairly well, but this one has the slider offset, about an inch above where you actually press. I think you could easily modify this to work for VGA screens - just subtract 160 from the position of the slider, compared to touch. Think it's possible?

coz i replaced the original 4FC03967_manila with a picture that i removed the .jpg at the end to become a normal file but it wont work..

oh no..i mean u have to editit the way we edit manila files.using manila editr or m9editor.see angelusz's tutorial
search for 'skinning manila the compendum' and u will find a nice tute there.its by member angelusz

umn..tf3d doesnt let us put images of res more than five one two by five one two..but i can write a small lua script to change the size of image when in landscapet o fit.plus another image in landscape is no problem at all!!!

I have installed the Rotastrain Programs wallpaper simple.cab and it works great! Thanks Rotastrain.
(I can see the ocean image in the TF3d start menu).
However if I try to make the 4FC03967_manila on my own with Manila editor and I replace the installed manila file with my created version and I select overwrite, the start menu displays a white background after soft reset.
I have attached the manila file here, it looks goodin Manila editor preview, resolution is 512x512 and I have tried all 3 header options with all the same result.
What am I doing wrong?

across the bottom of the topaz, and i think a few other new htc's there is a horizontal region that is touch sensitive, its used to zoom in photo gallery and opera etc.
just had a play with both the versions of your fullscreen and i have to say that they're bloody amazing. I'm preferring the one without the retractable manila as it is a little buggy for me (understandably). there is enough room to have the slider there constantly.
the only things ive noticed so far, and you probably have noticed them yourself is that when you hit the 'end' key on the home tab the task bar appears, on other tabs the task bar appears briefly before the home tab refreshes over the top. (on further inspection the task bar stays there when you hit the end key whilst on the contacts screen, disappears when hitting end on others)
also there is an issue with swiping from the camera tab to the music tab, ie using the middle of the screen not the slider. didnt notice a problem going from weather back to music though.
im not trying to be critical as i understand its the first release. just some friendly observations on my first use.
i figure your next step is possibly aligning things, however that extra space created between the slider and the rest of the content would suit a notification area (battery, signal, missed calls etc)

i would suggest this screen to be permanent.. is there any chance to do that... permanently so that only if i wish it would get changed..??????
the only thing i hate in winmo with tf3d is bottom and top bar..
when its necessary i would better think about option to get bottom bar..
And is that bug or what? wallpaper couldnt get changed.... and some abnormal stuffs in background white screen
